Clarke Showroom - South Norwalk — Local services in Norwalk

We are in the process of updating our kitchen and saw adverts for Clarke's on tv, so went on a recent Saturday. We were promptly met asked if we wanted coffee, Pellegrino etc., and then were introduced to Marco. Marco was great--we spent a few minutes discussing what we were doing and what we were looking for. He quickly figured out what items would best suit our needs and took us around the really beautiful showroom, which is set up to mock-up different styles of homes, each with different types of products. The level of service and attention surprised me a bit (quite different than an actual appliance store), but I suppose, since the cost of a suite of Subzero/Wolf/Cove appliances is probably in the neighborhood of a very nice automobile, perhaps less surprising. At the end of our tour, Marco prepared a folder with the top options that we looked at and a recommended dealer (Clarke's is a distributor--you don't actually buy directly from them) and then followed up a few days later with an email and soft copy of the same. My husband and I went to this showroom to look at wolf ranges to get a feel for them in a kitchen setting. We were greeted by a woman named Gina. She was FANTASTIC! Gina walked us around and took her time explaining all of the features of the particular range we were looking at. Not only did she help us secure our decision on a stove, she made amazing suggestions on other appliances as well. She was very attentive and patient. Especially since we bought our 4 year old twins. At the end of our visit she wrote up all of the appliances we loved, located the nearest dealer to us. As we left she sent us an email with each appliance and cost. The packet we were given before we left also had all of the dimensions of each item which was amazing! I immediately sent this over to our contractor to let him know which sizes he needed to make out cabinets to. I will 100% recommend Clarkes and Gina to family...

My husband & I are renovating our 1986 kitchen which has all the original appliances! Needless to say, we needed an education in the current kitchen appliance offerings. Our appointment with Marco Barallon on 8/20/2025 fulfilled our "education" needs and then some. Marco is profoundly knowledgeable not only about the Wolf, SubZero and Cove appliances but of all things relating to kitchen design and renovation, including countertop and cabinet selection. He is gracious, patient, with an organized and logical presentation not to mention great styling. I don't give praise feely, so trust me when I say Marco and this Clarke showroom are an amazing resource. For me, visiting the South Norwalk showroom was like being a kid in a candy store. They have an outstanding display of kitchens with a multitude of designs and styles. I look forward to attending demonstrations at the Clarke Showroom....
