Milligan's Pub — Restaurant in Norwich Township

Great bar with friendly staff & regulars! But I really wish they would play music. Currently you have to pay touchtunes or else sit in silence. That's fine when it's busy but when there's only a few people at the bar, that's absurd. Many times I will drive past, see there's not many people there, and not go in because I don't want to have to spend a bunch of money playing music or sit in silence. Really hope the owner changes this! This would be a 5-star...
