As a long-time previous customer, this was my first experience since the rebranding (change in ownership?) and definitely experienced some hiccups. Because of my family's schedule, I had to make three separate appointments for my daughters and myself over a period of two days. My oldest daughter's appointment was running behind (Thursday evening). For my appointment (Friday morning), I ended up with a different tech for my pedicure (no big deal, she was great), my nail tech was running late due to traffic, and the person checking me out was new and struggling with the process, adding an additional five or so minutes to the process. For my younger daughter's appointment (Friday evening), we arrived and were told the tech was running 15 minutes behind so we agreed to wait. A half an hour later, after I followed up on the wait time, we were told five more minutes. the appointment ended up running 45 minute behind...and my daughters gel started peeling...

I called to have this fixed before I left for the weekend and they were not accommodating to try to squeeze me in at all. I had to go back and fourth with the receptionist to even get in to get one individual nail fixed, which would not take hardly any time at all. Finally they "fit me in" to fix the nails I paid $70 for that lasted one day, and the nail was redone without the tip and ended up being a completely different color than the rest of the original nails because it got a piece of pink in it from the previous customer. I was not impressed with the service or their lack of accommodations for a poor nail job. Read moreIf you can get in, it's a nice place with decent nail techs, comfortable chairs, a clean space & good selection of polish colors. But the last 2 times my wife & I booked together (on their website, where they showed availability) they called within a couple hours of the appointments to say they couldn't accommodate both at the same time due to staffing. Both times they offered to stagger our appointments; last time we said OK but today that didn't work for us. I told the manager we would have to cancel and she just said "OK" with no apologies until I expressed my disappointment that this has happened 2 times in a row. Only then did she offer a weak apology followed by awkward silence. So that was that. I doubt we'll try booking...
