I recently visited Moe’s in Norwich, CT, with my family, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Katelyn for her exceptional customer service! We had a bit of chaos with the kids in tow—they were completely overwhelmed and had no idea how to even begin conceptualizing what they wanted to put in their burritos. But Katelyn handled it like a pro.
With so much kindness and patience, she walked the kids through the process step by step, offering suggestions and explaining what each ingredient was. She even asked them thoughtful questions to help narrow down their choices ("Do you like beans? Would you like a little extra cheese or some sour cream?"). Her cheerful, easy-going energy immediately put them at ease and made the whole experience fun instead of stressful.
Katelyn’s extra effort in guiding my kids really stood out. As a parent, it’s so refreshing to see someone go above and beyond to make sure the little ones feel heard and included. The burritos themselves? Absolutely delicious, of course—just as Moe’s is known for! But this visit wasn't just about the food; it was about the wonderful service that made our day.

Read moreGo in on a Monday I ask the only employee behind the counter if there is still a monday special for the bowl? He said yes its $10 includes chips and soda. Great ill have that please. When he ask me what type of meat I ask" is it extra for the steak"? He says no "no extra". So then a female employee takes over on the veggie side to complete my order and she proceeds to ring me up. She also ask if I would like a soda? I refused but asked for a cup for water. She gives me a pee size cup even thou a soda was included. Here is the best part she rings me up and it over 15$. I ask her why is it so much your. Your coworker said it is a Monday special for $10? She says oh u have to order it online. Well why wasn't I told that when I politely asked upon ordering? Absolutely ridiculous!!! where is the hon esty or integrity? If you mis spoke or mis informed your customer you should honor what you just said and give me the price I was told. Why should i feel guilty about something Moe's employees screwed up on? I have had other issues at this particular Moe's and that the reason I hardly ever go there and won't for a long time. I had to use the bathroom so I ran into use the bathroom and then I was going to have my 13 year-old go in and order the food, while I stayed in the car with the rest of my kids. As I’m walking to the bathroom an employee screams across the store, “No public bathrooms, are you ordering?” It was kind of embarrassing and made me mad enough, not to buy a burrito for my daughter Daughter) however, I did want to purchase something So I instead just had my daughter buy a drink. As my 13-year-old was buying the drink, The woman asked her if she was with me and then repeated that there were no public bathrooms. Ontop of that when I asked why my daughter was being questioned about anything they said that never happened. I don’t appreciate being treated like I’m doing something wrong and I certainly don’t appreciate them accusing my 13yo of lying.
