Dunkin' — Restaurant in Norwood Park Township

I ordered my partner and my cappuccino blasts early in the morning before work only to have our server / cashier insult us and our fellow patrons in front of our faces. This employee who took our order decided to call us all "cockroaches" and laugh about it to her fellow co-worker. This was only because all 12 of my fellow patrons of this Dunkin Donuts decided to come in and line up for coffee and morning breakfast at the same time.

My fellow patrons and I did nothing to provoke this employee besides all lining up at the same time to provide our orders this morning. I felt very offended by this cockroaches comment made by this employee.

Of course it was way too early in the morning to start a dispute with this employee so I paid for my overpriced semi-quality bland cappuccino blasts. Unfortunately, I will never come back to this Dunkin Donuts ever again. Please retrain this staff member to learn to keep her insults of customers to herself and to not say them in front...

I'm 100% team Dunkin. But the service here was super slow on Monday. The workers might need some more training in making coffees. I ordered through the "On the Go" app && still has to wait inside for my coffee. I ordered a Large Pumpkin Latte and Medium Pumpkin Machiatto. They gave me two Medium beverages and didn't give me my receipt or mark the cups with which was which . I went back up to the front and told the lady I was suppose to have Large Pumpkin Latte. They redid my Latte but it didn't taste like a Pumpkin Latte just regular and bitter. I know what they are supposed to taste like I drink them enough. && The Pumpkin Machiatto was super bitter, only half a cup, && had no milk!! Who makes a Machiatto without milk!? I'm sorry but this was by far my worst Dunkin experience. Not coming back to this location and definitely will...

First time customers at this location. The cashier Alexis and staff working at 10:30am-11:00am at this location lack communication. We ordered sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwiches , if they did not have the sausage ingredient they should have told us that right away, so we could order different items. The problem was the cashier didn’t have full focus on us, or what we said because he was looking at his Apple Watch! Both sandwiches were prepared without the sausage ingredient, and no we didn’t ask them to remove it. Someone wasn’t listening.. We ordered a hot coffee but it was cold. My iced coffee was great! But my husband ordered a hot coffee, key word; hot! If there’s no steam, if it’s not fresh, make it again. We told them, they understood and they fixed the cold coffee. I hope this is a good teaching moment for staff!...
