I ordered a sandwich online and it was promised for 7:00am. I arrived at 7:10 and when a small, older lady asked how sge can help, I asked for an order for "Andrew Ko". This staff member gave me a bag for "Heather G", which I can understand was maybe due to the loud setting. I then said my name again and the small, older woman just walked away and worked on another order. I was confused thought maybe she was getting started on my order. After 5 minutes, I realized everyone behind me was being helped and my order was ignored by this woman. Another woman asked who was next in line. When I jumped back in, they gave the bag for Heather again. The older woman raised her voice saying the bag wasn't mine. I waited another 5 minutes for the younger woman to search around, and they finally gave me my bag, which was literally on the counter right behind them. Honestly, that older lady has 0 business being in a customer related job. She has no manners, as seen by her raising her voice, and she doesn't know how to give updates or end a conversation. You don't just walk away from a customer right after asking "how can I help?" just because you aren't competent enough to find the order. Ask for help; it...

This place is a hit or miss . Today I went in and got three bagels w cream cheese and two bagels nothing on them . 1 orange juice , one chocolate milk , three medium coffees and a fruit cup, my total was $52!!!!!

$52 for what exactly ?? If you calculate with the most outrageous prices my total shouldn’t even be anywhere near $40

Let’s say $5 for a cream cheese bagel 5 x 3 = 15 3 coffees let’s say $11 Fruit cup $5 Two plain bagels $2.50 1 orange juice $3.49 1 chocolate milk nesquik $3.49

These are prices off the top of my head and I rounded up .

So how was my order $52 idk

Not to mention the cream-cheese was barely there . Literally no cream-cheese . I wish I knew my husband paid $52 for this before we left because I would’ve had a word w the cashier

I did want to mention last time I came the bagels were filled much more generously , and the prices seemed more reasonable. Not sure if the guy working the cashier is overcharging on purpose or it was an accident.

Either way I don’t think three filled bagels and some drinks warrant a $50 price tag. Id rather go to rockland bakery and get fresh bagels and their homemade cream cheese and feed a family of 5...

This is the second and last time I will order take out from this place.

First order a few month ago, they failed to supply pancake syrup and butter. I was aggravated, but fortunately I had some at home

Today I order an omelette platter. They failed to include home fries, toast and butter.

Your menu clearly states…..

All Omelettes are prepared with 3 Eggs or Egg Whites & Cheese. Served with Home Fries & Buttered toast

By default, you should have included this. Stop cheating your customers by not providing these items.

I called store and lady said it does not include this unless I ask for it. Then why is it cited on your menu? She asked me to come back. I will not be inconvenienced to drive back there for something you should have given me.

They are clever to not give items so they save $$$ in end. I will never give them another chance and will share my poor feedback in this local area.

Worst bagel shop in this area.

P.S. Don’t fall for the...

It's a shame how fast this bagel shop went from awesome to never again. I'm not sure where the trend of toasting the outside of the bagel came in style but this is now the second consecutive time I asked for a LIGHTLY toasted and go a burnt bagel on the outside where it's inedible. It's like going to a steakhouse and not being able to order steak unless you are going to cook it at home. I bought this and a a croissant and paid $11. I asked the guy to make sure it is toasted on the inside only and got a "yeah sure" and of course another disaster. they just move fast and care nothing about what you order. need I also add that my daughter is allergic to sesame seeds and when asking them to separate bags, you get a look like as if you are crazy and reluctantly after a second request not to mix finally works. $11 this time for a bagel and croissant (not even a coffee) is just proof that if people keep buying without any complaint the price will just keep going up.

Nice store but their bagels leave a lot to be desired. Their flagel is thicker than a regular bagel (see pic)! A bagel with lox is $14.99 but only has smallish slice of lox, barely any onions, etc. Not great flavor wise as well. Will try again in like 6 months and see if they got better but won’t be back for a while…

After hearing such a bad reviews from my daughter and friends I wanted to try for myself. As a new business shame on them! They need to try harder. 19 dollars for 3 bagels (2 were mini) there was hardly any turkey on it. I will stick with Walleys !!!
