Tonight we have the worst fast food experience we have ever had. My wife had gone through the drive-through it KFC to pick up an easy dinner she pick the food up and came home to find out the order was wrong. She had called to make sure that if she brought the water back it could be corrected they confirmed over the phone that it could be. When arriving that's when our issues started. My wife was met by a completely disrespectful manager named Tom he was the shift supervisor and he made it clear that my wife was in the wrong even though we had screenshots from the menu online which was apparently incorrect To their menu and store. My wife never once mention free food only that the fact she wanted to exchange her food for the correct order the Shift supervisor Tom started to be very disrespectful which I heard over the phone and had a very poor tone of voice. After much debate he said to another co worker " that this lady wants free food and she isnt gonna get any" When in fact free food was the farthest from what we wanted we just wanted are correct order we live 10 minutes away and the fact that she had to drive 10 minutes back and 10 minutes to to get the correct order meant that her food was cold we wanted to correct order and warm food that's what we pay for and even had the past order to exchange for the new one. But the shift supervisor Tom (emphasis on Tom who is obviously the problem) And my wife talked about this for almost 30 minutes before he even considered to do an even exchange. All while giving complete disrespectful tones and comments and body language to my wife and making rude and snide comments to his co workers about her. After it was decided that the meal would be reimbursed and we would purchase the correct food. the whole time which he tried to make sure my wife knew it was her fault the whole time. After all was said and done Tom was disrespectful negligent and does belong to be in the position that he is. The disrespect in tone of Is voice alone Is absolutely inexcusable and unwarranted. bless my wife the whole time he was acting like an asshat she kept cool calm and respectful even while his tone that he was speaking to her had me seeing red. all and all we were not asking for a handout we were just simply asking for the correct food that we paid for and at the end of the day we Didn't even receive the correct food work missing a large fry and a mashed potatoes and gravy. KFC corporate will be hearing about this and the horrible experience we had. hands down this was a horrible experience which gave my wife a migraine and ruined her appetite because after being disrespected and degrated for 30 minutes she was and even hungry and I just wish that I had been there rectify the situation because I know he would not have spoke to meet the way that he spoke to her. it is completely ridiculous the way this situation...
Read moreDrive-thru line with extremely long but the Ole Lady had to have chicken for dinner. So I went inside to order and was third in line and still didn't get out of there quick. They had a new girl at the cash register and the new guy cooking. The new girl at the cash register was having a difficult time taking people's orders because she didn't know the menu or how to work cash register. It was not her fault for the way the store was being ran poorly. She just sat and stared at the menu and the cash register not knowing what to do the manager tall gentleman would come out and smile and laugh about it and then hit a couple buttons and then walk off she would have trouble again right after he left and he continued to do the same thing. It was very frustrating for everyone involved except for the manager who thought that it was hilarious that everyone was having an unpleasant time. After she got I order correct with Little Help from him I saw the next troubling ordeal of my dining experience and that was the new guy he was trying 2 make everything and handed out. He also needed help from this so-called manager and what do you know he thought that it was hilarious that he didn't know what was going on. Read moreLiterally any fast food restaurant in this plaza in Norwood is terrible. I was polite as can be. They tried to charge me for a regular cup of WATER, because they ran out of the actual water cups they use. So making me pay for a cup I'm not even actually buying the product of soda or tea in? Since when did we begin charging people for water? Employees were rude and laughing after I asked for the manager, who then said the manager was busy and that she would tell her my complaint. I explained that's exactly why I wanted to speak to the manager because it was beyond her problem. So then she told me to come in, in which I did just to have this said manager argue with me and be rude about it. This was the "AGM" that I spoke to, as she states her title is, claiming the GM made that rule. My other problem was the attitudes from not just her, but the employees. You don't like your job? Don't work there, nobody is forcing you to be there. Don't take it out on other people because you're miserable. Absolutely sad people actually act like that. I'll definitely be putting in a word to this said GM making rules over a drink of water also and done going to this location. At least Red Bank...
