Called store...on hold for 15:46 While on hold- got my computer out & ordered on line. Tip $7.56. Received email 17 minutes later my order was "Ready." Went to store (2 minute drive). Order was not "Ready." After 10 minutes I asked if those 3 pizzas they put on the warmer were mine. The lady seemed aggrevated that I dared to ask and was short and rude in her answer, walking away with a sigh, eye roll and slight head shake. Meanwhile I waited another 12 minutes. When the pies were ready, she huffed as she brought them to the counter and sarcastically said "these are yours." I reminded her "you might want to watch your tone." Read moreLast night I ordered a pizza for my family. After an hour I checked the delivery tracker and it said it was delivered but it hadn't been. I called to check in and they said "you have to wait until the driver gets back to our store to see what happened". I said that's not acceptable, send me a pizza, I have a child waiting for their dinner. The person put me on hold for several minutes. Then my husband called, and the person went off on him saying how rude I was, like he didn't hear everything I said? Eventually they told him our pizza must have been stolen off our porch. So I get back to my office only realized they literally half the ingredients than the last 2 times. I was tempted not to call for a credit but my coworkers talked me into. I called it in talk to the manager and explained myself. She took my credit and I was fine with that. Today I ordered my coworkers' meal and I called in my credit. I get back to my office and it's literally the same issue for both our bowls.
