Pizza Palace — Restaurant in Norwood

I ordered twice in a two week period. The first time, I was at work and I ordered online. When I went to pick it up, they told me the order never went through their system and they could re-fire me a new one. I went back after my shift to finally claim the lunch I was starving for. They said they threw it out because, earlier, I walked out of there irritated. So that was twice in one day they burned me. A week later, I tried to order delivery for one large pizza with a side of blue cheese. When it finally came and I opened up the box, I found the big blue cheese container on TOP of the pizza, smashing up ALL the cheese and toppings right off the pie surface. Last week, someone I work with ordered a calzone at the end of the day. The next day he came in and told us that when he went to go pick it up (hungry after a day’s work), they told him that it never went through and that they could just make him another one. I just laughed because I could totally relate. I can also guarantee that I will not be spending any more of my hard-earned money at this...

After visiting here numerous times since my first review this business has done a 180 for thr worse.They seemed to have a caring well trained staff, now they havr one cashier who obviously is highly skilled and being taken advantagr of. Watched this poor woman wait on 10+ customers while 2 drivers watched tv and 2 alleged pizza cooks spoke in spanish while apparently laughing at her. Tried delivery 2x this heavy set kid made me feel like locking my doors as the thug in his car looked like he was staking out my house.The food is still very good if you can find a way to get it warm. The overall atmosphere has gone from friendly and warm to cold and callous with the place being in total disarray. Sad to see another good business being ruined by a lack of teamwork/ leadership. If the owner reads this get help, and replace the 15 year old rug that has more food in it...

Stay far away from this place. The food is horrible, but the service is even worse. This may sound trivial to some people, but I am handicapped, and I asked them not to cut my sandwich in half because I was feeding a little to a child; well, the sandwich came back cut. I called and told him to come to get it. I cannot hold it with my hand. They told me somebody would come up nobody did; the next day, I called them. I spoke to the manager, and he told me somebody would be up that day; nobody showed up again. I called at 4:00 they finally gave me a refund but not and told me again somebody would come to get it, and nobody showed. The worst part was they had an attitude, and they were irritated.
