A Delightful Experience at Simple Sweet

Simple Sweet has quickly become a favorite spot for me and my family, especially my kids, who love coming here for their boba drinks. The highlight of our visits is always the warm and friendly service from Tina. She is incredibly pleasant and helpful every time we visit.

During our first visit, we were a bit overwhelmed with all the options, but Tina guided us through the menu and recommended the Brown Sugar Boba Tea. It was an absolute delight! The atmosphere at Simple Sweet is always clean and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a delicious drink. We look forward to our visits every time! The place is bright and cheerful with whimsical boba art on the walls. Plenty of seating offers a great space to kick back and enjoy every refreshing sip. The staff are cheerful and extremely welcoming. The service with a smile is next level incredible.

As for the boba tea… DELICIOUS! They don’t skimp on the boba pearls and the selection and flavor of the teas is phenomenal. It’s refreshing and fun. I recommend the Peach Fruit Tea with Black Pearls. 😋 (My daughter said her strawberry milk tea with strawberry popping pearls was better. 🧋)

The snack selection is HUGE. Homemade Ice Cream, a delicious selection of mochi donuts, and so many scrumptious goodies to choose from. You definitely will find something you like for sure. My kiddo was absolutely blown away with all of the fun new treats to try.

So excited to have this delightful new addition to Norwood. ❤️🧋❤️ I HIGHLY recommend...

Not one for giving bad reviews, but our first impression wasn't very good.

Boyfriend ordered a half dozen box of mochidonuts from this location on Doordash due to our usual spot not being available on the app.

He was very excited to order a large batch in celebration of his birthday, but the batch we received tasted very odd in an unpleasant way and not at all like any mochi donuts we've had before.

The dough was spongey like cake and did not have the usual chewy mochi donut consistency. He had ordered Mango, Strawberry, and Taro.

The frosting for the Mango contained Salt, and the strawberry frosting flavor didn't taste like Strawberry more like Rosé? But all flavors weren't enjoyable due to the odd consistency and taste of the dough.

Could have been a mix up in the recipe, but it made for an unpleasant experience that he paid alot for especially with this location being further...
