McDonald's — Restaurant in Novato

Ordered then when arrived at the window, the lady working there shoved the food at me and closed the window. I had ordered and paid for an Oreo McFlurry so I kept trying to get her attention - she ignored me and kept talking to someone. The line began to back up with frustrated cars. Finally the lady who takes payments at the first window got the attention of the lady running the second window. The second lady opened the window and said to pull over and she will bring it out (because the McFlurry wasn't even ready). So we pull over - and wait. And wait. And wait. She doesn't come out so I go in. She sees me, ignores me again for a bit. Then comes and slams down the McFlurry on the counter without a word then walks away. All through this I haven't said a word other than to smile at her. Terrible...

If I could post 0 stars I would. Very bad experience which unfortunately seems to be the norm. I asked for a combo and wanted to change the drink from a fountain drink to a caramel macchiato, I know there is gonna be a price difference but they were gonna charge almost the same cost of the drink by itself, $4.00 more, do I was like no that's crazy. So I ask for a fountain drink. I decided to go inside and see how much it would cost of I got each thing, sandwich, fries and the iced caramel macchiato separately, so it came out to some change less,, and the guy wanted to keep arguing about it and how I'm gonna pay more, I stayed I actually am paying less than with the fountain drink in the combo and I'm actually getting the drink I wanted in the first place, he still kept arguing and...

I was driving home at 9:30 PM to Sonoma after flying into Oakland Airport. Thought I should pickup something quick to eat since my last meal was an 11 AM breakfast down in Los Angeles. I pulled up to place my order at drive-through. I asked for a McPlant meal (since I dont eat animal protein) with a double patty. I was told by the attendant that he couldn't place the order for a double patty (he did sound a bit confused). After I asked why, he said his computer wouldn't allow it. I thought this very strange as I have ordered a double patty McPlant sandwiches at McDonalds Restaurants in Sonoma, San Jose, LA County and Orange County. Those restaurants seem to have no trouble taking and fulfilling my order.

I don't really understand why the Novato restaurant could not handle this...
