Actually, truly, the WORST Dollar Tree I have ever visited in my entire existence. Spent over an hour here, had multiple things that I was purchasing in my cart (The only cart in the entire store apparently), but they had no phone signal whatsoever in the store, I needed to check payment information on my phone, and was feeling queasy from how stuffy the store was after an hour inside. I set the cart right behind a lady working a register, asked her if she could watch it for a moment while I stepped outside as I needed some fresh air, I stepped literally to the next door over where they had free Wi-Fi, sat down, did my phone stuff, then went back inside. Could not find that lady or the cart anywhere. Could not find a pile of my belongings anywhere. Not a single store employee knew anything. There was nothing that looked like it came out of my cart anywhere near anywhere The cart had been left, I never saw any of those items again, and had about 20 things in my cart of total variety categories that would have stood out if they had been sitting together anywhere in the store, and I looked around the entire store three times. Absolute waste of my time, my money, my day. I will never visit this place again and recommend no one ever comes here, if you do, bring your own rolly-cart, as they have none for you to use, regardless of whether you are...

The reason they are just shy of one star is because an old cashier works here mostly near the balloon section that acts like he is being completely inconvenienced by your shopping there. He is very rude. I have heard that he is a jerk from customers while standing in line. I have never heard a thank you or a please come out of this guys mouth. He has somehow tried to overcharge me an extra dollar or two like I wouldn't notice I'm buying 5 items but he rings me up for six dollars .even on the receipt it shows 5 items not to mention I didn't need a bag for my 5 items and he adds the 10 cent charge without asking. And instead of refunding me the dollar he yells for me to just go grab another item .this old guy does not belong helping customers. If he does he should learn some politeness and maybe learn how to count. Or maybe he is pocketing the extra dollars he scams from customers. Now enough about that guy. The second star is because there is 2 younger cashiers that have helped me in the past who say thanks. They are pleasant and actually ask if I need a bag. These guys are great. But this old guy with an accent almost ruins my trip to dollar tree evertime. Please if corporate is reading this have a word with this guy about how customer service works in...
Read moreThere's an older cashier by the name of William who was extremely rude to me just now. With attitude and harshness scanning my items and putting them aside after he scolded me about leaving the items in the small basket saying it's impossible to scan each item while they are in the basket. Which I don't understand how someone can think that. All you have to do is take each item out and scan it. I was just trying to not have a mess on the conveyer belt and make it easier for him. And proceeded to say that I had to place the small basket under the entire desk because it wasnt his job to do it for me. Which I refused to do because I was going to place it back in the stack of baskets I got it from. 10/10 do not recommend going to that...
