Subway — Restaurant in Novi

Heard that the ownership changed. Miss the ownership of the previous owner.

Understand the price increase of all the items, especially wheat, eggs, dairy, and meat. The sub-size was reduced to 70 percent of its original size in spite of the price increase. That is for all subway subs, not just this store. At this store(Novi and Meadowbrook besides dominos), the previous owner was providing more veggies on the subs. Earlier (under the previous owner), Here they use to put a reasonable amount of veggies in the sub. Now they got reduced by one 3rd. After I ate, not even half full. Not going back.

I wanted to share feedback about a recent visit. Unfortunately, the service we received was very disappointing. The person who assisted us appeared visibly annoyed and was both rude and condescending during our interaction. This made the experience quite uncomfortable.

In contrast, the other associate present was much more pleasant and professional. She seemed better suited to interact with customers and represent your business in a positive light.

Additionally, I noticed that the shelf where the chips are displayed was quite dirty and in need of cleaning. It left a poor impression regarding the store’s overall cleanliness.

Me and my daughter have gone to Subway in Novi for 4 years. We always had great service and liked our subs. I went to Subway 2 weeks ago and the service was poor. The employees that made our sub’s seemed very annoyed what we asked what to put on our subs. The quality of lunch meat and condiments were in poor taste. When we first walked in management posted a sign in magic black marker that they no longer accepted coupons. It was the worst Subway sandwich’s and the worst customer service. It seemed like management and their employees I didn’t recognize have changed. I will never return to this Subway location at 10 Mile and Medowbrook Rd. again. Definitely do not recommend this...
