I have been 3 times with my sister and everytime has been a good experience. My family had alot of coins and some jewelry that was gold and silver. Ben is extremely kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. He is also very patient. I was shocked at the great value I got out of these coins that were just sitting around collecting dust. I encourage you if you have the same thing, bring them in. You never know the worth of something. Granted it does need to be real gold and/or silver to give you value. Please also have your identification with you. Also, looking around, there is some lovely jewelry. A few things have caught my attention which just reminded me there is a necklace with a black stone I particularly like. Really great for obtaining extra cash. I will definitely be back and honestly would not want to deal with somewhere else. ...

Brought some scrap gold jewelry and silver coins. Offered $120 for gold and 18 a ounce for silver Buffalos. I absolutely said no. Drove 15 mins away to us coin gallery. Got $260 for the gold and $1.80 under spot per silver coin ($28.23). I understand people have a business to run and need to make money. If you have no idea what you have, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. It took me 5 mins to Google another place and make double what i was offered.

Today is december 5th and i was up here at 630 to try and sell my silver and the store was closed. Dont advertise that your store is open until 7 if you guys close earlier than that on a regular basis. Bad buisness

Today december 6th i called ahead of time at 6 o'clock to make sure they are open they said yes until 7. I get there at 630 and there's no one there again. Please dont advertise that your open until a certain time and then 2 days in a row not be open. This is a horrible way to run a business. Whoever owns this business needs to correct the employees cause it looks bad on the owner. Very disappointed with how the business...
