I'm new to the area and it was very late at night when I finally got a chance to order for delivery. This was the only place left open so I looked through the menu that was shown under their business name on my Google search. After adding it all up my total would have been $61 before tax and delivery. However, after placing my order over the phone I was given a total of $98 and some change. I asked the gentleman on the phone why my order was so much higher priced then it should be figuring they had possibly added more to my order than they should have and that's when I was told that my $9.99 calzone from the menu is now 1499. The Greek salad 499 on the menu is also 1499. An order of jalapeno poppers and fried mushrooms both listed at 599 on the menu are now $9.99 and the delivery fee is $9.99 also. I had spoke with the gentleman named Tony who I was told is the manager and his explanation was that I was looking at the wrong menu and that those are old prices. He then directed me to speak with the owner who again stuck with the story that this is an old menu we no longer use paper menus ever since covid and that the prices that I'm looking at are 10 years old. He said that he was unaware of any menu being available on Google and that they only use GrubHub and Slice for their delivery services. I told him that it is misleading advertising and he should be more up to par on what menus are being shown especially on such a heavily used search engine like Google. He should have honored the prices that were listed but, he said he would not do that and he has no control over what's on Google. He rudely mentioned that if I would have went to his website directly, that would have given me the proper prices. He so graciously offered to take off the delivery charge of $10 making my order 88, if I still wanted to order. I hung up. I should have read the reviews before I invested so much of the limited time I had into deciding what I was ordering from this placeI It took about 45mins to find out how awful my experience was going to be. I didn't even get a bite to eat, it was purely a horrible phone interaction. I would have been able to order from somewhere else. Absolutely terrible, the owner and manager possess zero business etiquette and customer service skills, I see some of these reviews were left six to seven years ago dealing with the same exact problem it makes me wonder how in the heck they're still open! $98 for two calzones with one extra topping each, two small salads, an order of jalapeno poppers and an order of fried mushrooms and one slice of cheesecake... So glad I told them forget it, that's the nice way to put it since this is Google, I probably wouldn't have had my food delivered until 2:00 in the morning, if at all. It probably would have been half-a**ed and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI tried this place once before, and it was a pleasurable experience, I tried the chicken shawarma and I liked it. I decided to order tonight while I was at work. The delivery fee is higher than most but I thought with that and a $3 tip would be fine since all I ordered was a Schwarma again and some onion rings. I left instructions to help the driver out as well. As it turns out the delivery man called and spoke rudely that I wasn't at the door to greet him, he was on the opposite side of the building and I had to several times tell him he went the wrong way, and obviously he didn't bother with the instructions I gave out. He finally arrives with the food and I was just happy that it arrived in a few minutes before my break. He then blatantly says he wants his tip. I of course tell him I paid the 20% online and he goes to say I didn't. I just tell him it's paid and leave it at that. After 5 minutes I get a call and I answer to find this driver harassing me and tells me that I didn't pay a tip and proceeds to tell me "you don't have the balls to give a tip". This experience was enough to make me blacklist this restaurant and I've informed the staff and my friends about this situation. This kind of service is not tolerable, I highly recommend finding a different place to...

We got a med round pizza, 8pc boneless wings, tossed salad (no tomatoes) and a meatball sub. They said it would be at least 1 hour for delivery. 2 hours later, my hubby called them back and asked if they had gotten swamped and if we would still be getting food. He said the guy on the phone sounded annoyed and said they got swamped, food should be on the way. When we got it the delivery guy was very nice, he apologized for the wait. The pizza was warm, but looked like it sat awhile. The sub was sad, mostly bread, the sauce had soaked into the bread so it was very soggy. Meatballs were kinda small and tasted.. meh.. the salad was freshly made, tasted great. And the star was the boneless wings! I would order from them again if we ever get back in town, but we would probably pick up the order, and we'll pass...
