Starbucks — Restaurant in Novi

My boyfriend and I waited a cool 5 minutes while the barista was preparing the other drinks. A lady had got in line after us while we were standing a few feet back. When the barista arrived at the counter she greeted the other lady and proceeded to take her order over ours. Convenient Starbucks location with great selection for a Target location. Biggest issue is lack of consistency. Over the course of the past year, their operating hours have fluctuated greatly, often times being closed when they should be open. As recently as this week, they are still having operating issues. If they could find staff to allow them to stay open during normal hours I would gladly rate this...
