Stingers — Restaurant in Wixom

For starters I had to wait almost 10 minutes before being waited on. I ordered the Fish and Chips and it was cold when I took a bite. The fries weren't hot either. I told the waitress and she said it wasn't her fault. The waitress then told the cook and all he said was okay. Nobody did anything to make it right. You'd think they would've made a new dish or took something off the bill. I was cut off by the bartender after so many drinks while witnessing others sloppy drunk and staggering still get served. The owner T.C. seems racial and has spoiled a good time on more than one occasion. I prefer when his wife Carrie is working as it seems like a more enjoyable experience. They play the same old music over and over again. Some of the waitresses are very unprofessional and inexperienced. (Laurie, Angelica) Some of the girls work hard for their tips while some of them just stand around or sit at another customers table and forget about you. I could go on and on, but all in all I'll never give this place my money or...

Came here during my lunch hour because I heard that they are fast for lunch. They aren't. I didn't order anything elaborate, just a roast beef pretzel with fries from their "20 minute or less guarantee" menu. I waited about 25 minutes. Unacceptable in my opinion for just a sandwich. I didn't bother to hold them to their "half off if it takes more than 20 min" promise, wasn't worth the hassle. The staff seemed nice enough, when they bothered to check on me but the service left a little to be desired which I guess could be understandable since I'm sure I didn't fit their "typical" demographic. Had to flag my waitress down to ask about my sandwich instead of her updating me on her own. Had to ask for a box instead of her offering a box, that sort of thing. That being said, the sandwich was hot and yummy. I might come back and give the place another try but definitely won't be back for lunch....

For being known for their burgers, that was a failure. They were awful. It was a premade patty, not made at the bar. Prob something Costco/Sam's Club sells and had absolutely no flavor and no juice. Was a bit rubbery. It also had an off taste that I'm thinking was due to freezer burn. The burger didn't have the grilled browning flavor a bar burger should have. It was more of a microwave coloring. I'm not one to complain much about my food and just thought it was me who didn't care for it. But, when I was finishing up the burger, my companion also said the burger wasn't any good. Unfortunately, finding a good bar/restaurant to just have a simple meal around this area is hard. There's either upscale pricey places or places that don't even have good food. I didn't think someone could ruin a Bar Burger but this...
