Burger King — Restaurant in Oʻahu

After being told that they had a vegan patty now I went on my first burger king outing to go to the drive-thru to order it. I ask for the impossible vegan burger. on a bun with onions but no cheese. They told me about an impossible Whopper I could order but I do not want the other items that are on it so I just ask for the impossible cheeseburger but no cheese. Or impossible burger. (Not sure what to call it since it was my first trip here but I thought I was being very descriptive and was okay without the onion or anything if that's how I had to order it. They told me that that is something I could not order. I explained to them that I was vegan and thought they now had a vegan option. The started again to tell me about an impossible whopper which is again not what I wanted to order as I don't want any of the stuff that's on it. Just the impossible cheese burger with no cheese. Or impossible burger. Who ever I was Coordinating with in the drive thru seems to be the issue but it was very frustrating because I was very clear on what I was ordering and they kept telling me no and wanting to sell me something I did not want. I just left without ordering food. This was my first and only experience at burger king. Not sure if I'll bother...

5 for food &.polite staff 0 for App Love their whopper extra veggies consistently fresh & hot....total downer was the BKApp that is time consuming.to go thru prompts for coupons/deals that applies to local restaurants listed( with countdown clock for offer that expires in 15 min only to stand in line for take out per offer only to find out that local stores don't honor the Mainland based App AT ALL!! with local restaurant. Posting that there is a "participating restaurant disclaimer" notice sign on register to add to the ridiculousness of then being told that it is a mainland app that isnt valid in Hawaii at all ..."we only take coupons " which is exactly what I had on my phone thru BKapp ....An e coupon . ..which in this day and age of technology is just stupid not to fix instead of having customers going thru all the motions that suggest it is available depending on choices with prompts ..very very misleading &.deceptive .....create a local (price adjusted )version for crying out loud ....mim glad I didn't I or to pay online #";&,! Hhcc xhnv dumb dumb dumb ......make a disclaimer like that more visible & or specific . .for customers you...
