Worst L&L on the island! My worst experience at an L&L ever!!! When my partner and I entered and approached the counter, I said hello. Cashier ignored us busy on her phone. They are missing or out of stock of many major menu items other locations have. The place is filthy in the dining room as well as what you can see behind the counter. So I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I ordered the garlic chicken, which I’ve ordered for years in Kailua or Waimanalo, has always been a crispy fried chicken similar to a Korean style chicken with a buttery garlic sauce. I received a pile of boiled chicken mostly cartilage, with minced garlic sprinkled on it. Rice tastes really old and the Mac salad is missing...

I ordered a shrimp burger with some fries and got a hamburger instead. I returned the hamburger and told them I ordered a shrimp burger. They said they dont have shrimp burgers come in combos, I said I didn't order a "combo", I just want a shrimp burger and some fries. They argued with me, wanted me to pay again, then had a cook come out to argue with me. Love their healthy meals. Usually go for the garlic shrimp healthy meal which comes with garlic shrimp, brown rice, tossed salad with tomatoes and cucumbers and their dressing, similar to thousand island, but decided to go with the new york steak healthy meal with all the above except the garlic shrimp. I asked the cashier if they had a steak and garlic shrimp healthy meal but they don't. They only have the combo, but its the breaded kind of shrimp with other meat and is more fattening.
