DAY 2: WHAT I ATE IN OAHU, HAWAII 🔖 Bookmark this post for later! 📍@dukeswaikiki: For breakfast, we went to Duke’s Waikiki. This restaurant serves a breakfast buffet and has an amazing view of the beach. 📍@foodlandhi: Then, for lunch, we went to Foodland Supermarket for poke. The meal was quite affordable and the fish was incredibly fresh and flavorful! 📍@mangomangohawaii: After, we dropped by Mango Mango. I would definitely recommend trying the Mango Juice Dessert with Rice Balls and Ice Cream. 📍@wasabi_bistro_: Last but not least, we ended the night at Wasabi Bistro, a hidden gem tucked away in a small corner of Waikiki. The Hamachi Wasabi Carpaccio melts in your mouth–it’s so delicious that I dream about it! This small and cozy restaurant absolutely blew me away and is a must-visit for anyone going to Oahu!!! #oahu #hawaii #hawaiifood #honolulueats

When I first saw that this opened I HAD to come! And oh my yummy goodness yes it’s as amazing as I expected! Of course I’m going to come here because I’m definitely not going to try to make myself these things at home from scratch! Ube Soup with Sago and Rice ball - this is a warm sweet dessert that you eat with a spoon omg it’s so good! Filipinos call this ginataan except without all the other ingredients. Sago is tapioca and the rice ball is mochi balls Mango Mochi - I’ve eaten this at Jade Dynasty and I love it! The mochi is so soft and has a fresh mango right inside Watermelon drink - it was so refreshing! An Ice cream that had mango in it - i love mango and you can’t go wrong with an ice cream that has mango as a topping I need to try more things here asap!

Absolutely disgusting. Our crepe cake was salty, it tasted as if the layers were butter instead of creme. They claim to close at 6 but when we showed up at 5:40 she told me they were closing in 2 minutes. They were out of boba and they didn’t tell us till after we had paid. The employee did not even offer to refund us she just said we could “swap it”. I ordered the creme brûlée crepe cake and the top was mostly just sugar. It looked like they barely took the time to torch it. Terrible customer service, I will never come back. I also forgot to mention that they place was extremely dusty. There was dust caked on the walls and ceiling. There were also seats sectioned off that were broken/messed up. I do not recommend

HORRIBLE RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE! Website states they closed at 8pm (granted we came on Memorial Day). We got to the store at 540pm and looked at the menu. As soon as we were about to order a worker said they close at 6. It was 550 so I asked if we could place our order. They refused and told us we already did last call. They saw us standing there looking at the menu and did not try to advise us. If their hours say they close at 6 they should keep serving until 6. If not then they need to change their hours. I WILL NEVER...
