The manager is this lady in her 60s with short fading hair dyed red. Initially I saw her tossing around food and thought she was a regular employee, and a thought popped into my mind, imagining myself telling the manager about it. Then I realized she was the manager by her uniform. Eventually she put together my order. She gave me the wrong coffee size, I let her know. Initially she declined. I showed her my receipt, she saw the correct size, handed me my cup, but now it doesn't come with the cream and sugar I ordered it with. Only reason i gave it so many stars is because it's a McDonald's. Poor customer service everyone that worked there looked like they hated their jobs! My family and I requested for a medium sweet tea for my daughter. Male Asian cashier with a rash all over his body and dirty nails( description due to no name tags)stated "we only have sweetened" in a rude tone of voice!
