These guys has horrible customer service. Me and my family ordered on the kiosk, but we didn’t get a receipt for the order we paid for. My dad went ask one of the employees who was wearing a mask that has KC chiefs, that we didn't get our receipt and if it's ok if they can refill the kiosk with more receipt papers. The lady just looked at my dad and walked away, like she didn't hear anything my dad said to her. So, we went sat down and waited for our food for almost an hour, to only get the wrong order, no sauce, no napkins either...we have to go up like 5 different times because we paid for the sauce that comes with the meal and the order wasn't correct at all. We even showed them and told them the order was wrong and told them what we ordered and they still end up giving us the wrong thing. There was also a long line with ppl who either didn't get their receipt or they got wrong orders too. The lady didn't even ask if there's anything missing nor if we need anything else. Rude & should not have been working with the public. She informed me that each cat was only allowed 1 complimentry cup of ice/water. Since this was very different than what I experienced almost daily forever I asked for a large cup of ice & would & would pay for it Then I asked for the Splenda & Lemon I had ordered. She handed me 1 of each. I said had ordered 4 of each. She then proceeded to lecture the women at the Pay window. Customers r only entitled to 1each! I said I still wanted them she said $,79 I asked each or for all 3? She yelled for the manager. All this while holding up the Drive Thru. There was no confirmation that she got my order correct, nothing showed up on the screen.. it was just "yeah, is that is? Okay drive up"
Once I got to the window the employee gave me my food and just shut the window. When I checked the bag I was missing food. The window was shut and I was shouting to get their attention to open it to let them know. Afterwards the employee just gave me a burger and was going to shut it window again. I asked if this was plain, like I had ordered, and then he took back the food then told me to wait in stall #1.
I waited... Over 20 mins and no one came out. At this point my child was upset cause he wanted to go home and eat dinner. I ended up just driving away because it wasn't worth my time to take my hungry child out of his car seat to go into...
