Panda Express — Restaurant in Oʻahu

We ordered our food over Panda Express website at 4.30pm to be delivered at 6pm. At 6.20pm we got an email from Panda Express that our delivery was cancelled, with no reason. I called the restaurant and they kept saying they gave the food to a DoorDash delivery and it was no longer their responsibility. At 6.40pm we got an email saying they refunded the order. I called again and they kept saying I cancelled the order, which was a lie. They never offered to send the order again or compensate us at no cost and asked if I had any restaurants nearby given my kids were hungry. This was the worst customer experience in Oahu by far. And now at 7pm we have to find another place to eat. Terrible customer service....

If you black DONT COME HERE. They look at you crazy and then talk about you. I walked in and automatically felt like dam they don't want me here and they definelty didn't want me to eat there because I said dine in and still got a bag to gth out .The staff were acting scared and had a terrible attitude. This place is for colonizers and those who love what they do. And the food was over cooked. Smh. This panda is not where WE belong. Its for the ones who definelty hate us....on god. Took my mother to eat here tonight and was the worst food ever from this restaurant. Showed up alittle past 6pm on a Tuesday night. Ordered orange chicken rice and noodles along with some spring rolls. Noodles and rice were dry and old tasting. Had to ask for soy sauce packs to try and revive them to no avail. The orange chicken tasted like rubber and soggy, not crispy and fresh. Spring rolls we cold and mushy.I have eaten here 2x in the last year and have been very disappointed both times. Will not return . This place is not in line with Panda...
