McDonald's — Restaurant in Oʻahu

Absolutely horrible service, I had a curbside order and they hadn't came out in 20 mins even though the app said they were on their way out with my order 5 minutes before I went in. Order was not a special order or big it was a single meal. I go inside and I see my order just sitting there on the rack behind the cashier, I can see the condensation dripping on my drink... I told the cashier I ordered 20mins ago and no one brought out my food, she hands me the bag and drink and I ask if it's cold. She rolls her eyes and said I could check. I checked and the fries were cold so I said no it's cold, she walks away and I tell her I don't have time I just want a refund. She tells her manager and the manager takes a while to come up, even when I explain I'm in a hurry and have to go. Attitude is similar to the cashier like it's okay to serve cold food almost a half hour from when it's ordered. I tried calling a few times and their line was off the hook, said line busy. Really needs to remove their curbside option if they're not going to provide...

This has got to be the worst McDonald's in the area and that's saying something. It's insane lack of civil engineering gives you an impossible drive thru/"parking". The shift manager let a struggling new hire with a "minor" badge just flop and fail trying to figure out how to ring up a breakfast order. I think the "minor" badge is a coy way to say "please don't yell at me I'm just a child" but really it should say "look how low McDonald's is willing to sink for a profit, they'll hire children, not train them, and charge you the same amount of money". This one was so bad I was tempted to actually take the silly McDonald's survey but instead ill.just avoid this one and go to Mililani McDonald's. Mililani has never rang me up for a meal I didn't order and then argue that "since it was rung up, it's impossible to take it off and I'll just have to buy it, it's no big deal".... yeah cause...

My order is incorrect at least 50% of the time. I always check my order before I leave the drive thru but it’s always the sandwich that they get wrong. The sticker on the outside of the box is correct but when I get home it’s wrong. I don’t want to keep everyone waiting while I open each sandwich box and because it is always crowded parking is difficult and there isn’t really any room to park my car on the side to do a thorough check. As I speak my quarter pounder with bacon that I ordered has no bacon. It’s a dollar more to have it with bacon!

Other times they always think that they can multi task while listening to the order but they can’t. And that is why the order gets wrong some of the time.
