Passable for McD, with the following irksome exceptions:
Drive thru entrance really sucks. Idiots always try to make a U-turn into it instead of going around properly, resulting in them blocking the whole parking lot entrance/exit. Please, Ronald, fix it so cars CAN'T do that. I've seen 25 foot long, lifted, king cab 4x4 trucks making that U-turn by reversing and turning 4 or 5 times. Dummies ignore the signs that say how to enter the drive thru safely. Put in a longer concrete curb or at least plastic poles and bigger lines and arrows on the pavement.
Worst ice cream/shake machine ever. It's been broken 50% of visits over the last couple years. And there's no warning before having to wait in the drive thru line only to find a sheet of printer paper scotch-taped to the order kiosk, mocking me silently as I realize that I won't get the 30 minutes of my life back that I just spent driving down here and returning home empty-handed. Then, my family and I are forced to sit in line again before the same curb (mentioned above) ends and allows us to leave... with nothing but the bitter taste of exhaust fumes and frustration to replace the refreshing, caramel-topped, ice-creamy bliss that we were all expecting.

I just witnesses yesterday how terrible people in Hawaii are behaving to the hard working staff there.I saw an entitled woman screaming at your manager Gina ,who is always hustling and very kind to us here in Kaneohe over the many times ive come here ,about whip cream in her coffee drink. She demanded more arrogantly and forceful and without a question Gina offered to do so. I saw then this overweight entitled woman who was rude to even the others waiting yell at the manager Gina that she was dumb and wanted the number to corporate to complain. I witnessed Gina oblige and apologize for anything and gave her the number. So disgusting the behaviors of this kind of customers these days.
Gina did an AMAZING JOB by keeping her cool and spreading ALOHA even when this entitled woman was acting a fool for more whip cream in her coffee drink. I will continue to come here and when i do give Gina a big hug.
Even after Gina remained cool and continued on her day. You are lucky to have her here Mcdonalds. People today needs to learn ALOHA thats what Gina has shown each and everyday.

Unfortunately that includes this and every other damn McDonald's now too and I gotta tell you it REALLY sucks the joy right the hell out of me when I know I'm inhaling roughly 4 days worth of fat in a single meal. So for that, I am not pleased with McDonald's in general. As far as this particular location goes they are generally fast, I've never gotten anyone being rude, and most importantly they've never messed up an order of mine. Yay.
