Wow. McDonald’s, your at a all time low this week with major mess ups. Im not one to complain but this week was such a disaster. Couple days ago, Wahiawa McDonald’s* messed up the order my husband picked up for dinner. Two missing apple pies, MAJORLY undercooked 10 pcs. Chicken McNuggets, AND missing cheese on my Big Mac! To make things even worse, Mililani Mauka McDonald’s messed up the order my mom got us Wednesday for breakfast. Her sausage and egg McMuffin was fine but my McGriddle had NOTHING inside. Yeah, NOTHING. My mom ended up giving me her sausage patty because she felt bad for me, she said she at least had the egg and cheese. By the way MM McDonald’s, she took the HANDIVAN there too!! I called the McDonald’s but nobody answered the phone 🙄 I understand people make mistakes but two major mess ups days apart is unacceptable. Please improve how you handle what’s being put out, because good money is being paid to you, pick up to answer the phone(that would be nice) Offer a free something for the mistake- especially since a meal was ruined and it costs time and money to drive back!!! So I just switched it to pickup inside, no problem. Waited for 30 minutes before I find out they ‘lost’ my order. Probably could have found out sooner if they had anyone working the front, but instead it’s just employees calling a number out, dropping the order on the counter, ignoring customers, and going right back to the back. Then once I get my ‘remade’ order, they try giving me the original smoothies that were sitting on the counter 30+ minutes and watered down. I spoke directly to the male manager and didn’t even get an apology for their error, that was the very least at he could have done but didn’t bother. Read morePlease, either train your drive thru employee or hire someone else, he’s an older guy but when I was ordering on the speaker box he screamed saying I was going too fast for him, then when he asked for the card I told him my order and he just said yeah I got it, when I got my order I didn’t get the right by a missing sandwich, I told the preps to tell him of he’s mistake and they gave me my missing sandwich by paying for it and making me wait extra, this is the exact example of how one employee can damage the whole store, not recommended while this guy is not doing...
