Bottom Line 🤤 -Recommend: Absolutely - 5 stars - Kore wa hijou ni osusume desu! -Best For: Date nights, birthdays, dinner with colleagues, or a special meal while on vacation (especially the last night for a memorable sendoff). -Family-Friendly: The menu and environment are well-suited for children and families. -Seasonal Tip: If dining during the winter, the outdoor setting can be brisk - consider bringing a light jacket.

Full Review: As James Beard famously said, "Food is our common ground, a universal experience." Our recent visit to Noe at the Four Seasons perfectly captured this sentiment, bringing together thoughtful dishes, warm hospitality, and an ambiance that encouraged us to savor the moment. My wife, son, and I had dinner there, and the evening was a well-rounded experience of refined cuisine and attentive service.

We began with the whipped ricotta with honey and ahi carpaccio. Both were artfully plated and flavorful, offering a good start to the meal. For mains, my son’s skirt steak with potatoes was cooked to a perfect medium and met his approval, while my wife had the rigatoni Bolognese, which she really enjoyed.

I ordered the King Crab Radiatore Nere, which stood out for its thoughtful composition - and was recommended by our server. The squid ink radiatore added subtle brininess, while the sweet king crab and fresh lemon brightened the dish. The bottarga provided a bold, salty accent, tying the components together seamlessly. It was a standout dish, the crab meat was hot (which is a plus) and it simply reflected careful preparation and balance.

For dessert, the lemon meringue (*exact name might be different) had a pleasant surprise at its center and a graham-style cracker and crumbs that provided nice textural contrast. My wife and son shared a cannoli, which they found satisfying.

The service was another highlight. The staff member who waited on us, Daniel, was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. He made thoughtful recommendations and ensured we were comfortable throughout the meal. His ability to connect with guests added to the overall positive experience.

The outdoor setting was clean and inviting, with an ambiance that encouraged relaxation. However, the menu book spine was a bit torn, likely due to the tropical climate and outdoor seating. The timing of dishes followed the traditional Italian approach, which allows for conversation, though some might prefer a quicker pace.

Overall, Noe delivered a very high-quality dining experience. My kid said it was awesome. I feel the combination of skillfully prepared dishes, excellent service, and atmosphere makes it a worthwhile choice. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and it’s my impression that the staff was amazing and are committed to providing a...

We had reservations in town but decided to dine here at the hotel instead. The ambiance and decor was beautiful. The seating was comfortable and relaxing (bench style with plush padding, perfect for a couple). We both decided to get the 4 course meal. The first was ahi tuna (was so good, melt in your mouth!). Second was black pasta with lobster or crab, apparently a delicacy of the chef's. I felt it lacked seasoning and the ingredients just did not seem to go together. After that we received 3 or 4 ounce steaks which we were really looking forward to, until we ate them. They were incredibly tiny, and the outsides were pretty charred. It was served with a side of charred cabbage as well....... We chose a couple different desserts, and unfortunately the taste was lacking on those as well (although they looked stunning). Our server was okay..... but, not to be rude, she tried too hard to talk in an Italian accent, I'm sure to go along with the restaurant. It was just not needed and kind of annoying. Our dishes took a long time to come out in between, when the restaurant wasn't busy. We also waited over 30 minutes when we were finished eating to pay for our check, and we were ancy to get out since all of our dishes took as long as they did. And, we had to ask someone else to check us out since our server was no where in sight. They also automatically charged dinner to the card on file with the hotel which although may seem convenient, really was not, especially since we weren't even asked. We wanted to pay with a different card, so of course a refund had to be waited on for the other card. After our meals, a few drinks, and appropriate tip, it was $300. Over the next few weeks my boyfriend joked about how many other places we could have eaten, and would rather have eaten at for a tenth of the price. Had much higher expectations, would never dine...

We’re in Hawaii on a family vacation and had planned this dinner as our big date night. We left the kids with grandma and walked over to Noe. First, we hit the bar. Atmosphere was amazing! Ordered 2 Cadillac margaritas. Our experienced bartender crafted our drinks perfectly. A few other tourists at the bar and good conversation as we sipped our drinks. We were seated shortly after. Hosts couldn’t have been nicer and led us to our table. Our waitress came by and went over the specials with us. We ordered a few more margaritas and some appetizers. Her skills as a server shined as she delivered our carpaccio and tagliatelle, she even split the plate for us! Apps were SOOOOO GOOD, we even ordered a second carpaccio! Shortly after our main was dropped off, the 32oz prime porterhouse which we had ordered to be prepared rare. It was slightly over cooked which was not an issue. We got started on this monster of a steak. We took a few bites and realized the beef was not good. It wasn’t just not good, it was spoiled. We alerted our waitress and she immediately removed the steak from our table. Our appetites were ruined. She promptly returned and offered us another entree, we declined. She offered us complimentary desserts which we also declined. At this point our experience was ruined. We got the check which included everything we ordered minus the steak. We paid and tipped our waitress on what would have been the full amount of the bill. As we walked back to our room my wife began to vomit. We are definitely not out to get anything free, but when you are served spoiled meat there’s really only 2 solutions and complimentary dessert is not one of them. We won’t return to Noe and would most likely not eat at any of the restaurants at...

100% recommended. They should get a Michelin Star. The Chef is indeed a Michelin chef and the staff are all amazing. While staying at Four Seasons, we followed concierge's recommendation to book a time at Noe. We ended up visiting them 3 times instead of once! We ended up trying almost 70% of their menu at the time. Crudo (raw fish) menu is a must try. Just don't think of any excuses not to at least give the AHI TONNATO CARPACCIO a try. Pesce menu: go for BRISTOL SCALLOP it's one of the top 5 scallops I've ever had. Pasta menu: NOE SIGNATURE TAGLIATELLE. My wife loved it so much we ordered it again the next day. Desert: try them all! Honestly!! Drinks are great as well. Service: they all have genuinely been nice to us. They treated our 2 years old like a princess. And us like their most important guests. View: one of a kind. They have a japanese tea garden style view which is beautiful. They're next to the ocean but due to tall trees, you won't be able to see the ocean. (But you can hear it very clearly) Price/ Value: totally worth it. This is an upscale place of course, but prices are fair. Inside or outside seating: go for outside unless weather is not that great. Otherwise they have nice and comfortable seating inside as well. Last note: on our last visit they offered chef's tasting menu which we didn't have enough room to try it but from the sound of it, I recommend it as well. Cheers to the wonderful people who work here.

My rating takes into account the taste and the price they were charging. I’m going to rank the food we ate in order of favorite to least favorite: Signature tagliatelle: truffle mushroom pasta. Can’t really go wrong. The pasta has a really good bite to it. Filet mignon: we upgraded to Wagyu. The meat was really tender. It had this interesting celery sauce (ik, doesn’t sound good) that added an additional dimension of umami. Whipped ricotta: surprisingly good! The whipped ricotta pairs really well with the honeycomb and the focaccia bread which is doughy and tastes pretty good. Side note: they also serve the same focaccia bread as a starter with really good olive oil and olives. King crab pasta: pretty good. The flavor weirdly reminded me of tomyum…which is good but I wasn’t expecting it Tuna tataki: solid, but I feel like the fish wasn’t as fresh Jidori chicken: I had high hopes for this one but the chicken tasted weirdly sour. Might just be me and I don’t really like capers, but I felt like the use of capers here was not very balanced. The biggest disappointment that made me rate the food four stars instead of five was the beautiful olive cake: it was very sweet, I was imagining a light subtle flavor with hints of olive. The cake was also very dense but not in a good way. The coconut ice cream tasted like straight up vanilla.
