Starbucks — Restaurant in Oʻahu

came to this starbucks this morning and i swear it is the busiest starbucks i have ever stepped foot in. all the employees are definitely killing it but AUBREY??? literally whatever it is you're paying that girl it is not enough. her back must hurt from singlehandedly carrying this location. she was doing it ALL and then some, making drinks as if her life depended on it. ive never seen a barista THAT busy and making drinks that quickly, all with a smile. if making lattes was an olympic sport, aubrey would be a gold medalist. my latte was great but me and my friends agree that aubreys talents were the best part of our morning. thank you aubrey for doing great...

Terrible customer service!! So I mobile ordered today and when I came to pick up my order the lady turned my cup facing the way where I couldn’t see my name so I didn’t know if my order was ready and she was calling everybody else’s but mines being rude for no reason and so I just grabbed the last drink and I said thankyou and she completely just ignored me I even left a tip twice she had ginger hair with black glasses and the guy with her also had glasses and straight black hair both weird and rude if you don’t enjoy your job then leave don’t ruin someone else’s day because...

I have been a customer for forever even employee 18 years ago and I asked for the restroom code and they denied me access because I didnt order right now?? I've spent maybe $40k dollars or more in my lifetime and back in the day Starbucks was considered a 3rd place for most to gather and feel welcome. l and am obviously not homeless and definitely don't feel appreciated as a customer.
