Starbucks — Restaurant in Oʻahu

This is by far the dumbest designed Starbucks in Mililani! I live on Ukuwai street, and the craziness of the Starbucks drive through early in the morning is absurd! The added traffic was just not thoroughly thought out! It sucks even more when you just want to check out Long's or any other shop within this strip mall. The exit from their drive through is dangerous, and people grabbing their coffee/tea/whatevertheydrink need to slowly pull out of the exit. I've seen too many close calls. The other thing I don't understand is why Starbucks feels the need to play their music so obnoxiously loud. You literally need to almost shout to anyone you have a conversation with in Starbucks! The one in Mililani Mauka is especially loud whenever having ANY conversation. The outdoor seating is nice - but there's no outdoor trash can to throw...

Normally the service is okay. I went today at around 7pm and got milk, green tea, and a protien box. The cashier didnt know what a protien box was even though its the center of the menu. I got to the window and saw my 2 beverages on the counter. She handed me 1, made another perosns drink, handed me a cup of water which i didnt realize i didnt order until i got home and noticed they didnt give me my second drink. So i got ripped off for the price of my second drink and i asked for my protein box and the cashier told me she didnt charge me for it. I informed her there was no way a green tea and milk were $18, she kept questioning me and finally gave it to me, which made me forget to ask about my milk as i just wanted to be out of there. The drive through woman asked me to try my frappe and I did and it tasted like thick creamy milk. Even though I added cold foam I took a few more sips and it was syrupy. They asked me to park and they’ll remake and it wasn’t an issue. A woman with blue in her hair, piercings and tattoos came out with the new drink and immediately said “idk what was wrong with the first one I think you just tasted the foam and next time you need to ask for more ice.” I never even spoke to this woman and yet she was offended. So I said back to her rude remark “no I think it just wasn’t made correctly” and she walked off. Major attitude. I’m still sitting in the parking lot typing this.
