Okay, so the food is good. But I will be sticking to ordering online on Clean Eatz Kitchen. The service was absolutely terrible. Called to speak to the store, and the guy i spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Stated buy 2 get 1 on grab and go meals. So i drove 45 min to the store. When i got There—never was i greeted, helped, etc. But I went on and got my meals. Got up to the cashier desk and finally someone came out. I told Her i spoke To the guy on the phone and she stated “your wrong, you had to have called a store downtown, we don’t do that.” I said I definitely Called Ofallon and showed the number of the place. She then proceeded to get a manager while barging through the kitchen door with attitude. The manager came out and basically said the same thing. I again showed i called THEIR store. She said yeah that’s our store. But we don’t do promos like that. Which i said Is fine. But maybe tell your employees not to state that over the phone. Drove 45 min out of my way, to be talked to with no respect. Very frustrating. The food is however good, which really makes this a bummer… Do better O’Fallon. Definitely need better attitudes and people...
Read moreNothing here is fresh. It is bought pre packed- warmed up and served to the public. Additionally there is products that got sent in with mold. The GM picks through the pieces that arnt mold and serves the non mold but still mold contact pieces. Health department should be involved Edit: Although I appreciate Clean Eatz response, it's more of an underhanded response trying to undermine my review. I stand by my review and with the things I saw with my own eyes. I wouldn't recommend eating here based off of it. Edit: Again clean eatz tries to discredit my post despite the fact 80% of their reviews are fake reviews from family or from staff. Nothing is fresh. They use day old chicken/beef and use the same rice/chicken bites and waffle fries all day. What you see on social media is a gimmick and not legit. What I have said are things based off what I have saw, I would not recommend clean eatz the recent reviews speak...
Read moreFood was awful. Got the Big Boy wrap. Chicken and rice were VERY mushy and the other ingredients didn't seem to go with the sweet sauce on the chicken. It was obvious that the chicken and rice had been sitting for a long time in a hot pan. The guy who took my order was polite however, he had grease or dirt under his finger nails and smelled heavily of cigarettes. His shirt was really wrinkled and clearly wasnt concerned about his appearance or hygiene. With a name like "Clean Eatz" you expect folks who care about their well being working there. The other two employees came in from outside and they also seemed to smell of cigarettes or, maybe it was just the guy. Won't be back after...
