Be careful to be sure you understand the rules and undocumented or communicated process for dropping off clothes for resale. Cute store, but when working to resell clothes, the communication strategy definitely needs to be enhanced. Seriously enhanced. the very young employees may need oversight or coaching on this . Ive never seen this there. My experience my only time dropping off clothes for evaluation was they asked for email address and phone number upon drop-off , but only communicate through phone number via computer. After dropping off full large Rubbermaid container of clothes, checking email constantly and hearing nothing, I called for status. They let me know even though they ask for email address they only use text. Since there was a type-o with my number they donated all but one item in my 18 gallon tote to charity when they didn’t hear from me within 24 hours. Even though I asked many questions and clearly explained this was my first time dropping off clothing, no one communicated this policy or even followed through with a tutorial about the process. When I called for status they let me know they gave away all my clothes to charity but I’ve item out of an 18 gallon tote because they didn’t hear from me. When I let them know I’ve been checking my emails they said they only do text. Just be aware. Comms and process documentation are sub par. Store is great until you want to use them as a business partner. Others do better. Don’t...
Read moreTLDR: Good customer service, sucks if you're medium size or larger.
Great employees, I always notice them handling customers well, they tell you about sales you may not know about, and overall make the experience great. Clothes are relatively affordable and I've found a lot of cute pieces here that fit the certain style I have. However, since they've rearranged the store I can't even find clothes that fit me. I went in looking for tops, mainly short sleeves, but I couldn't find a single top that would fit me (I'm about 5'5" and weight fluctuates between 130s to 140s). I'm a medium and still couldn't find anything that fit me so I can't imagine if I was a large or plus size. It sucks cause I think it didn't use to be like this. Maybe it's from when they rearranged the store a month ago? I did find some pants that fit but ultimately didn't purchase them since I was...
Read moreI normally love these resale stores however this would be a hard NO going forward for me. This was my first time visiting the store. My daughter and I were a little early for a appt this Saturday so we figured we would swing by. We arrived just after opening and walk in to two young ladies behind the desk talking/tagging clothes. When I say we greeted the staff and we were never spoke to again. I do not even think they said, “Good Morning back”. (It was raining and nasty I get it but kindness is free) That is 100% a true statement. It was as though we were invisible. As consumer experience three words to describe it would be cold, unwelcoming and absolutely flawed. The layout and time someone took to make the store visually was amazing. However if staff can’t be kind or speak all that time was...
