People do not frequent establishment! This place is a joke and the owner needs to get control of the kids running the place. My fiancé ordered online and we waited 45 mints to get the order which isn’t a big deal as we know it’s Friday night and places get busy. However, when it arrived both orders were wrong. We called back and told them of the mistake. They said they would bring the right one back (sandwich) out. Well my fiancé was finishing up office work and came down to get dinner only to find out they sent her the wrong dressing. So once again we called back to see if we could get the right dressing send back with the sandwich. Once I called back I got attitude from a young female (Danielle )so I asked for the owner of the establishment information so I could contact him. I was given a fake number. So I called called back once again and was forwarded to a manger who goes by the name of (Noah). I informed him of the misleading information provided by Danielle. I asked if I could speak to someone who handles customer complaints (manger/Gm). Noah told told me that nobody like that that was on the property. I asked him for the Gm information phone number or the customer compliant number. He informed me he could not give that information out. To make a long story short. This kid is very rude and unprofessional as someone who works with the public in the restaurant business. If the owner respects his community and it’s customers he will get ahold of what’s going on there. Oh! One more thing. While I was writing this up my fiancé received a call back from this so called Noah individual and he stated she closed the door on the driver. I find that highly false after giving them a 10 dollar tip when it was dropped off the first time. This so called Noah makes up fabricated stories not knowing the destruction he’s creating for the owner. I will never order anything from this establishment and I will definitely voice my opinion to friends and family to never go here. Read moreThe pizza is always awful. I really love imos and I keep trying to give it a shot but I just can’t anymore. The location was always nice but the food that comes out of there is complete trash.
I used to defend imos from the claims of stale cardboard with cheese on it. I can’t do that anymore. That is literally what I feel I get every time I order it. I live 10 minutes from the ofallon main location and the pizza is cold every time. I think it will be better next time, but it isn’t.
I’m sorry Imos, I just can’t do it anymore. Especially not when I get all the same order from Stefaninas right up the street for $20 less. Not the mention they are 5 more minutes down the street and the pizza always comes hot. Bonus points for actually being able to chew it too.

Read moreFirst things first don't let the 1 star confuse you, I would leave 0 if that was an option but unfortunately it's not! We have had more then one bad experience at this specific Imos but tonight was by far the worst. They delivered the wrong order to us, when calling to make them aware of their error they were very rude and had absolutely no customer service skills. They offered to deliver a new pizza but told us we need to save the other one to give back to them. So after spending $50 and waiting 45 minutes we are now forced to wait another 45 minutes for the correct order to be delivered. There was no apologizing or any type of courtesy compensation offered. We are very disappointed because we love Imos, but the one on North Main in O'Fallon needs to seriously evaluate their staff...
