I visited last Friday evening & pulled up the Drive-thru window at 6:40 pm. I waited a good 20 seconds or so before someone came to tell me it would be just a moment (before they'd take my order). After 4 minutes, I ordered. There was no one else in the Drive-thru. I pulled up to the window, paid & then sat...& sat...& sat. No one ever came to apologize, update me on status or anything. I looked & it was 7PM. Finally at 7:04, a young man opened the window to ask me I'd I had the Iced Peppermint Bark drinks. I let him know I did. He handed out the 2 I ordered. I questioned if it was not to have whip cream & drizzle on top (it was very pink in color, no whip or drizzle - flat lid). He said "oh, we can put that on if you want." I said "well, the pic shows it on there so I assumed that is what I was getting." I then let him know that after being there nearly 30 minutes, I was not waiting anymore. I drove off eager to try my drink. I love Peppermint but my goodness....neither I nor my sister tasted ANY mocha or coffee but instead, it tasted like we were given a chilled cup of nothing but Peppermint Syrup. I'm hoping the long wait, the taste of the product was all a result of it being opening week & staff still learning. I will give them 2 more chances (I'm a 3 strikes you're out person) & hope they can change my opinion as I have long awaited...

The coffee here is killer reasonable prices are a little high, but I like the taste and flavor of most of the coffees I have tried. I have yet to have had any issues with the coffee. I've had their Bagel egg, bacon, and cheese, and nothing out of this world but a simple morning sandwich. Prices aren't too bad, but it has a little Starbucks meal vibe. Besides that, the place has other unique food items and limited-season coffees that I must say have always been exceptional 👍👍. Love the location of the place and the seating inside is comfy and relaxing. Also if you in a rush and don't want to go in, keep in mind this place has a drive-thru.. Pro: Coffees are Amazing👍👍 Vibe and seating area inside is perfect The Baristas are friendly and helpful
