Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in O’Fallon

I know a 3 star rating seems weird for a place like this however I felt it was a sufficient reading for this Buffalo wild wings location in O'Fallon on highway k because the food itself that Buffalo wild wings is really good, it's a franchise that does really well for a reason because the atmosphere and the food are supposed to be that which are proven successes. however the food does start to lose its appeal and much of the desireable traits start to into more unpleasant qualities in the food. for example last night ordered which was about 10:00 p.m. on Friday night in September, I ordered the total of 60 boneless wings, order a fried pickles, two ice cream desserts, four boats each of carrots and celery sticks (paid extra), two cups of southwest sauce for the fried pickles ( paid extra) because sometimes they forget to include it like they do the restaurant and they were soaked in oil and we're disgusting, and 2 cups each of ranch and blu cheese ( paid extra for all of it because it's not free), also the bottom half of most of the wings were soggy from sitting in a pile of sauce, but just the bottoms because the sauce wasn't anywhere else and shaking around the chicken itself just dumped in to the box but then Wing stumped on top. I will say though one of the boxes of wings was ok ( jammin jalapeno ) I did all l also purchase three bottles of sauce inside the store while waiting for my food to be grabed, now all of the sauces and celery sticks and carrots and all that stuff is understandable if they forgot it if it's only include with everything, but I had to add it to my order manually on the app, it shows up clear as day on the receipt just like all the wings did, now the ice cream unfortunately I can't think of an excuse for them especially considering that they were not busy whatsoever (surprisingly because it's Friday night and around 11:30). unfortunately due to this I am stopping tipping before a service for everything, a lot of people don't even tip for pickup but I try to make sure that if they're helping me I'm helping them, providing they did their service sufficiently and or with Grace. however I went in to pick up my order I know one was there which is completely understandable everyone's trying to do what they need to do by the night, but when I do see a staff member I feel like they are annoyed with my presence at first, but I will say they did lighten up and redeemed herself far with the transaction. I'll take this purse only because I get it it's on the later side of your shift, its understandable however is tacky is a sounds, you really should have pride in your work and do it efficiently. overall for pain for a $60 for some half-a*d mediocre food that. I don't know if this matters or not but I live right down the street from this location, my drive is only 4 min on gps, I mention this because my food was garbage. I talked to a manager, he refunded the sauces and ice cream, well unfortunately that doesn't fix what was ruined. and because I'm one person it won't matter and why would they care. well...

I came in on my birthday to redeem my 6free wings. BTW, thank you soooo much for the birthday gift! I HIGLY enjoyed the wings.

This was my VERY FIRST time ordering from BWW. Anywho, I was friendly greeted by Mayra who took my order. (She asked was I picking up or ordering since I was stand at the to go kiosk) Not only did she smile and provide me great customer service, she also gave me a few flavor suggestions since it was my first time. I ordered a side of fries as well.

My order was taken at 1:54pm. I came back to pick up my order. And YES, it was ready in to allotted timeframe. I went to my vehicle to eat and baaabbbyyyy I COULDNT EVEN PULL OFF!! I don’t know who was in the kitchen who made these wings but when I say THE BEST WINGS I HAVE TASTED IN MY LIFE!!! I ordered them extra crispy and I was a little nervous thinking they weren’t going to be cooked to my liking. (Sorry I prejudged) BOY WAS I WRONG!! The wings were soooo crispy!!!

Babbby these wings tasted like a piece of HEAVEN and the friesssss oooohhh the friessss!!! Literally THE BEST FRIES!!! I wish I knew who the cook was bc I really wanted to tip him/her! My wings were cooked to protection, the hot sauce was AMAZING, the fries were delicious and seasoned amazing! I mean literally just THE BEST.

I live about 45 minutes away from this location and when I say I will ALWAYS pass up the others to come to this one! LBVS! this was an AMAZING first encounter and I would HIGHLY recommend coming here! I mean I saved the receipt and the order ticket just so I could write this review!!!!! Kudos to THE CHEF! everything was amazing. Literally Chefs Kiss! lol. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for this heavenly experience on my birthday. It was THE BEST MEAL I HAD THAT ENTIRE DAY!

On 4/24/25 at 630pm we ordered dinner off the Buffalo Wings app for delivery from this location. We got confirmed and at around 7pm we got a text saying we would get our 0rder at 715pm, wow great earlier then what the app said. But that was the greatest fiction story ever told. As you tracked the order on the app waiting to bite into the wings and a child ready for dinner the time kept getting adjusted later and later. Now at 815pm at least 30 mins past the orginal time i called the restraunt to see what was up. A young lady answered and said they were running late but we should get our order shortly. A bummer, but working in the industry I understood NFL draft night a sports bar / wing place would be busy. At 9pm dealimg with a hungry grummpy moody teen girl who wanted dinner over an 2 hours ago i called back to now answer. At 915pm we get a text saying our order was canceled to contact the restraunt for questions and/or to reorder. Called the restraunt again and a man answered and asked to put me on hold for a sec. I said sure. Over 20 mins later still on hold, now I am no dummy but I am pretty sure they just advoiding all calls as had my wife also call and they dont even pick up. I had to break the news to my family that dinner was only a dream that we can not hope to realize. Pictured is my dinner for the night. Now i tryed to be in good spirt writing this but the main issue is this is not first time we had issue for deliveries from this location. If you can not handle it do not offer it.
