SnoBiz O'Fallon — Restaurant in O’Fallon

Overall not a great experience. We got there and were very excited the line only had a few people. We got in line to order and order were taken pretty quick. Here's where the visit went downhill. Several people were waiting for their orders, but they we very slow to come out. With the times we are living, I figured it was staffing. There were 3 people working (well, not really working) and were too busy dancing and making glow in the dark headbands and necklaces to bother with making people's orders. It was a complete mess. I really wanted to go and take my tip back, it was definitely not deserved.

As far as the food, we had the coconut cream pie and it was very good. We also ordered the blackberry cobbler. I've had this in the past (i havent been in a couple years), it was not the same. Actually I'm pretty sure they used cherry or black cherry syrup. It was red and did not taste like blackberry.

Probably won't be back...

I used to appreciate Sno Biz. I’ve never had a problem with their service while at their location. However… I just watched the owner be completely rude and arrogant to the workers at Walmart. Asking them if they know anything at all, telling the workers that they way they were trained to do their job is ridiculous and unnecessary, and then saying they could try it their way and if it didn’t work they could go get the other guy who knows more.. how you treat people matters. Now that I know they’re so unkind, I won’t patron this business again....

My son and I visited Sno Biz in Dardenne Prarie and we stood outside the window as the associates sat inside. They didn’t open the window for nearly 8 minutes. I started checking the time to make sure they were open but other people were sitting eating. My son tapped on window and the young lady did not acknowledge him. Finally, a couple walked up behind us and she opened the window and asked what we needed. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and will not...
