####update 3 august 2023 #### Congratulations on continuing to make the worst taco bell experience your #1 priority. So i came back to this TB maybe a month ago but maybe over a year between then and my first review here. Both times the food is always wrong and I'm always missing something. Today i got over 10 items and attempted to count to see if i got everything and the count was close so i moved along (the whole time the employee just stared angrily at me). At home i find I'm missing a burrito and of the 8 hard tacos i got, 8 of them are broken (no surprise from this establishment). I got volcano tacos but they had quesdilla sauce (creamy jalepeno i think). The fiesta potatos didnt have sour cream. My family is very picky and we threw half of the food away. I wish this place had ANY kind of quality control. Better yet someone should doze it down and build anything else. I used to work at taco bell in high school and while we werent chicfila happy with people, at least you got what you paid for and it met the minimum quality standards.
Do not come to this place. Drive down k to the one by the QT its busier but your food will be right and the people don't hate you for buying food.
I'll try this place again in another year we'll see if it's changed at all ####update 3 august 2023 ####
This has got to be the worst taco bell iv ever been to. Iv come to expect that my order will be wrong or missing an item or 2 or just flat out stale or cold. But that's not why I'm making this post. On more than 1 occasion iv come through around dinner time and have just been turned away because even after waiting in line for s number of reasons twice has been because they ran out of all meats. Having worked at tacobell i know that is just incompetence because the meats are frozen and they just throw them in hot water to the and heat up. So they decided not reheat not meat as they were getting low. One time was because their computers went down which is annoying but not their fault as far as i know. Today finally annoyed me enough to write this. I pulled up and can see the employees through the front window hanging out laughing and playing around. I pull up to the speaker and I'm told that their just closed, that's it. It's 7pm on a weekday. Iv been driving all the way down K to the other tacobell because they always get it right and the food is made right.
This is easily the worst taco bell iv...
Read moreDO NOT ACCOMMODATE CUSTOMERS WITH DISABILITES. Disrespectful employee's. I placed my order online, and apparently the app was not working. So when I got to the box they told me I had to go around because my order wasn't ready and it takes longer than 10 minutes for an online order to get placed, which is not accurate. I got up to the window and told them the app was not working and asked if I could place my order at the window because I have hearing loss and cannot hear at the box. They told me I had to go back around and order at the box, to which they had to tell me FOUR times because I am fully deaf in one ear and partially deaf in the other. So they just would not let me order. So I ended up leaving because it's hard for me to hear at the box. I called the store and asked for a manager after I left and she was so disrespectful to me. I explained what happened and she said, "well if you have accommodations you needed to come inside the store to order." No one told me that at all. I told her they didn't tell me that and I told them that I have a hearing disability and she told me in the most ignorant tone, "Thank you for telling us NOW about your disability." Her tone definitely showed that she didn't believe me or care at all to help. Even though I told them in the drive through and they just didn't care or help me at all. She made me feel like I was this huge inconvenience just because I was calling to complain about...
Read moreAs a Grubhub/DoorDash driver, I’m sure many can relate to the frustration of some restaurants even under the same chain wanting you to come into the lobby when drive through is so much easier. But hey the first few times I didn’t mind until I noticed a trend of being ignored every time I walked in there and our pickups being pushed to the back so they can focus on drive through then lobby, then us. So the last time I was here for a pickup, I went through the drive and was ushered to come inside. I tried explaining my issue with that and they said too bad. I told them to find another driver. Felt a bit rash but to rudely be invalidated over the past few experiences, I was fed up. This time, I thought, “Just be the adult and go inside without trying drive through. It can’t be the same experience every time.” Walked in, not a word was said to me for a few minutes. I go back to the car to grab my book, this helps stores know I’m likely there for a pickup. Still nothing. Ten minutes go by, I look back at the pickup station and finally the pickup was there but nobody said anything. I go to grab the food and that’s when my presence is worth acknowledging. Someone finally said something to me when I was already leaving. Got it. Drivers, stop letting restaurants bully you into being the last person that gets served. There’s a leadership problem here, I’m done doing business with this store & won’t be dining at...
