I’m not the kind of person to leave reviews unless it’s really bad or really good but the service here is absolutely horrible. Within the last two times of me and my boyfriend coming here we have barely been noticed or served. First time had to stand by the door waiting to be sat for 10 minutes. And then took forever to get greeted, it was so bad that the server had to keep apologizing for forgetting about us. (Not to mention both times they’ve been completely dead so there’s no excuse). The second time which was just today we get seated and then the same guy that sat us is sitting at the bar right next to our table talking on his phone. It finally gets to the point where I have to get up and ask him who are server is. He seemed like I was interrupting him and finally is like oh I’m your server what can I get you guys. Both times whoever was serving us was hard to find when we actually needed them (to get our boxes, check, taking our order) anything you name it. Either way anytime I’ve been here they sit on their phones and call people right infront of us and then pay no attention to us. Foods good though so I’d just recommend getting take out and skipping...

A Must-Visit Thai Gem

I’ve had the pleasure of dining at Thai Kitchen multiple times, and it has become my go-to spot whenever I'm in town. Every visit is a delightful experience, filled with the authentic flavors of Thailand that never disappoint.

The menu is extensive, offering a wide range of dishes that cater to all tastes. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic Pad Thai or something more adventurous like their perfectly spiced Green Curry, you’re in for a treat. The ingredients are always fresh, and the balance of flavors—sweet, sour, salty, and spicy—is simply exquisite.

What keeps me coming back is not just the food, but the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, making you feel like part of the family from the moment you walk in. The service is prompt, and the portions are generous, ensuring you leave with both your heart and stomach full.

I can’t recommend Thai Kitchen enough. It’s a must-visit every time I’m in town, and I’m already looking forward to my...

I'm not sure what's happened, but some of our long-time favorite dishes aren't quit as tasty as they once were, and service has slipped a bit. For example, we ordered carry out last night. One of my wife's favorite dishes is Larb Gai. She likes it with no spice and we've ordered a dinner portion for years. When I ordered, I explained I wanted the dinner portion and no spice. The young lady who took my order repeated back just what i ordered. When I arrived to pick up, I noticed the cost of the Larb Gai was only $9.95; the price of the appetizer. I brought it to her attention, and she said they don't have a dinner size. I explained we've ordered that size many times with no problem. She insisted they only have the appetizer portion. I relented and ordered my wife a different dinner. When I got home, my wife discovered the Larb Gai was spicy, so she could not have eaten it anyway. I've had Pad See Ew many times, but even my meal was not quite like it once was. Pretty...

Got their Tom Kha Kai soup and Green Curry with chicken and fried rice. I was hoping the soup was a little creamier. Between the coconut and lemon grass not getting cut with a heavier cream, it started with a 4-star flavor but finished like a 2-star chore. The ginger/galangal was very fibrous and chewy but only marginally detracted from the dish. 5-stars on the Green Curry. I didn't say how spicy I wanted it, but it had a perfect low-medium heat I like. The chicken could have been cut better and a little more tender, but I'm dinging them for it. 3-star fried rice. It was pretty plain and a little too oily with some overcooked egg but good enough. 5-star Service for take out order. It was fast and easy (7pm on a Sunday).

Visited here several times and the food is good. The only issue is inconsistent. Tofu pad Thai is my go to and pictured. The fresh spring rolls are refreshing with just a little too much bean sprouts. Kids entrees are perfectly portioned. It was a nice surprise on one visit to get a soup (gratis) but not on other visits. Their spice levels are pretty mild as I have had authentically "Thai spicy" nationally and internationally and their scale is adequately labeled. If you like spicy food- do not shy away from their level 5. The service is ok at best. However, I will continue to visit because of the food and especially the one lady went above and beyond when delivering my order and she is my favorite person atm.

I recently visited Thai Kitchen in O'Fallon with a friend on a quiet Friday evening. We were the only ones there, which made for a peaceful dining experience. We ordered the Red Thai Curry and Penang Curry, both vegetarian with tofu. Interestingly, they looked almost identical, but the flavors were distinct. The Red Curry was especially delicious, with a perfect blend of spices, while the Penang Curry was also good, just a bit milder. The service was prompt, and we enjoyed a relaxed meal. Overall, a solid spot for tasty Thai food, and I’d definitely return.
