Went to Wendy’s and went inside so we could read the menu instead of holding and was ready to order. My Mom pulls out a coupon she received in the mail. She received one and I didn’t receive any; which I don’t understand because we are two separate people. So I asked if we could use the same coupon for each order. We have done this @ White Castle’s, Steak N Shake, Taco Bell and many others. The answere was NO‼️ I said I’m sorry but I’m not eating here; did they care NO‼️ We still ordered the frosty which was what we actually wanted at wendy’s. I was told by a friend that you could get a complimentary Frosty. The employee said that was correct but I had already given her my card for payment after telling us Yes for the Frosty she swiped my credit card. She then said it didn’t go through and wanted to swipe it again—I said no you already did that once; we gather our things and left I turned around & they were laughing. I then said I will never eat here‼️ When she got the Frosty I had to watch her closely & I requested that she not spit in it. I watch closely because they (2 employees) seemed immature; because they were laughing when I left I didn’t enjoy thee Frosty it went in the trash. This would have been my Moms first Frosty what a shame because we were looking forward to lunch; closer to 2P.M. I'd like to congratulate this Wendys for setting a record as the most horrible, rudest treatment to customer's I have ever not only seen but been the blunt of verbal abuse over drive in speaker, also being the first and only I have red line a business that serves the general public, by yelling through speaker, talked to me as was dirt under their feet and really couldn't care less if we did business with Wendys resturant. I realize customer service does not exist any more but this was simply YOUGLY! VERY HATEFULL TONE. THEN REFUSED TO TAKE OUT ORDER. Thank you for that you just took money out of your company's pocket. The one that pays you good job. Managers are very poor as well to be apart of this abusive treatment to a paying customer. We had been going there couple days a week but NEVER, EVER AGAIN. I'm sure Mr Dave would never this exist in his resturant when here was on this earth. But was a very different world. Now no one cares.

Read moreAbsolutely shameful! This place only has one drive-thru line unlike McDonald's which has two lines. How can they screw orders up so badly? Just a few days ago, they completely lost my order by the time I made it to the window. I was only like 4 cars deep. Today, pretty much the same thing. They tried giving me someone else's salad and something else instead of my sandwiches. They charged the other person's total to my credit card and wouldn't do anything about it or give me a receipt. Do not go here unless you want to spend your entire lunch hour waiting pay attention to the total, and pay in cash so you don't get ripped off. They seriously need better people up there.
