I have been ordering food from this Ephesus for six months.The man that takes my orders by phone is always nice and polite.I always enjoyed their food in the past but today was a very bad experience.. Many times I ordered their burgers and they were fresh and about half pound of meat with a very good bun. Today I ordered 1 hamburger with nothing on it, bacon, and pickles on the side. Also 5 cheeseburgers with everything. They told me 20 minutes. We went to pick up and waited for 15 more minutes while they said they are cooking. Total of 35-40 minutes. When we got back to eat them they were ice cold.We are only 5 minutes away.The size of a Macdonald $1 burger. and stale buns. Could not be any worse. The plain burger had ketchup and mayo and no pickles on the side. I called and talked to the man that took my order. He said we ran out of burger meat last week and had to get some from the giant eagle. I said if you would have told me I would not have ordered them. $50 for 6 burgers total weight 1 Lb.and 1 order of fries.Then he said let me put our manager on the phone. After waiting 10 minutes the manager answered and asked what? I said you know why I am calling and she said about cold burgers as if she did not care and a very poor attitude. I did not want to go through the whole deal again knowing they knew exactly what was wrong and acted like nothing is wrong. Frozen burgers that were not put on the grill till after we got there most likely because they forgot. Tried to hurry them up and served them half frozen. As I am writing this my stomach feels wheezy. Hope no one gets sick Just a terrible experience. I did the math and about 7-8 thousand dollars a year they will not get from me. I have my receipts to prove this.Who knows what other short cuts they are doing to others.I sent my help back with a note for the owner to call me because I did not want to talk to the so called manager who is just rude. So far no call. Either ashamed or don't give a damn.Very sad not to tell face the truth and at least apologize to one of their best customers. I should say X customer. I am sure the owner has read this and if he cares will give me a call.One way or the other I will post...

We gave her the correct address (which we already had supplied when we gave the online order) and the pizza finally arrived. We opened the pizza only to find most of the cheese and toppings had shifted and slid, Iām assuming during the drive, and only half of the pizza slices were actually cut. I also ordered extra ranch dipping sauce which was not given to us. I immediately called the store to tell them and was told by a woman that she would āsend another pizza as soon as soon as possibleā.... at no time did she state that we needed to return the other pizza. I cut the pizza and gave a few slices to my hungry kids who had already waited an hour for the pizza and Iām assuming weāre going to have to wait another hour for the remade pizza to be delivered. After waiting another 30-40minutes we received a call from the same woman stating that she wanted the original pizza back before āWE CAME TO PICK UPā the remade pizza. I told her that we had cut a few slices because the kids were very hungry, and she very rudely said āoh well Im not giving you a new pizza now you have to give us the old one back!ā I asked her why we werenāt told that when I initially called to complain, and why were we never told that we had to come to the shop to pick the order up? At that point she slammed the phone down hanging up on me. I called back and asked why I was hung up on and the person who answered gave me the same rude response even when I told her we took pictures of the pizza. My husband called after an hour and half and they told us it would be just "twenty more minutes." After about 45 more minutes, I called for the second time to check on why the food still hadn't been delivered, when a young, pretentious girl answered the phone and told us "they got the order late from grubhub" and continued to argue with me and tell me that it was acceptable that we wait almost two and half hours "as long the food was fresh." I could not believe the effort she put forth arguing with a customer who was waiting for their order for so long. I then explained to the owner (note, also rude and argumentative) that it was ridiculous to wait for this long, assuming he would offer to comp part of order, however, he told us that none of his staff ever told us that the food would be ready in twenty minutes. We received our not so "fresh" order that was not only wrong, but not even remotely good. The lettuce was brown, the falafels were extremely dry, and they provided the wrong dressing for the salad. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. You're better off with McDonald's...
