Mocha Motts is making the best coffee in Oak Bluffs!

My friend's family has a tradition of coming here after running the Turkey Trot 5K each Thanksgiving. There's no greater motivation when you've woken up early on a holiday to run in the cold than a warm cup of Mocha Motts after it's all over. I've had the chai latte and the mocha, and they are both warm and comforting. They also boast some delish-looking baked goods in the case and can whip up some toasted bagels and breakfast sandwiches.

Not happy there . Customer service not good anymore, not friendly. Coffee taste burnt today, and the barista was put out when my friend changed her order to a larger size, he had not evem started the order yet. He actually never spoke one word. Used to get the gluten free pumpkin seed bars, but they are always burnt now. And when I questiond that they looked burnt, they all looked at me like I said something wrong. I know good service, and do not get it...

The coffee here was pretty good and tasted very fresh. The atmosphere was calm and casual, and the Street art sharing the stairs was my favorite. The line for coffee went straight through the doors and up the stairs leading to the restaurant.
