I’ve been coming here since starting a new job last year near by and this Chipotle is very conveniently located. Now I need to find somewhere else for quick lunches. For some reason the quality control has tanked in the last month or two. I get the same order here 2-3 times every couple weeks and out of the last 6 times I have ordered via the app for pickup, 2 of my orders have been a different order entirely and 1 was the right order but did not include any of the sauces I added in my order. Extremely disappointing because I can really only take 30 minutes or so for lunch to be effective the rest of the day in my office. I don’t have time to run back to correct my order, wait for them to make a new one, and inconvenience everyone else in line. Do I really to rip open my bag to check every time in the parking lot to make sure? How can I even trust they’re making my bowl properly anymore?

Read moreI visit this chipotle every time I’m in the oakbrook area hands the best one to me, but I think if you’re spending your money it should be worth it, but the last time I came the African American employee guy with the facial hair was very rude and didn’t want to make my bowl and I never seen him there before until that day he ask the other employee to make my bowl which was very nice so I didn’t think nothing of it, so I visited again this past weekend and he was there and the African American young lady was fixing the bowl but she also tapped him as I was walking up to place my order and once I started to order she just started throwing my food in the container and it was the smallest portions I ever seen, so I had to ask nicely can you you give me a little more and she had a bad attitude and started to raise her voice. Read moreThis location has gone way-downhill since COVID. Everyone is under stress, I'm sure, but the freshness and quality were way below standards on my two visits since COVID the break.
By "freshness," I mean the availability of ingredients on the line. Today, it was 12:30PM--middle of the lunch rush-- and the main line was totally out of most proteins and beans and rice. The workers were scraping the bottom of the barrel on the meats, and had to go borrow from the online ordering prep line to fill my order.
It seems like mandates came down from corporate to skimp a little more on portions. In the end, the portion of meat for $8.00 (tacos) was so absurdly small, and I had to tell her to cancel it. She was not happy, and threw enough attitude that a fellow customer commented to me about it on the way out..
