To preface this, I was a Starbucks employee for many years. There is a barista promise policy. If your drink is not to your tasting, you can ask it to be remade. I ordered a latte this morning, with customizations it came out to a whopping $8.57. Of course, if something is off I'm going to ask for it to be fixed. I was met with so much resistance, that's okay I've been there. Upon leaving, I swear there was no espresso in my drink. I went back inside and profusely apologized for the inconvenience. But again, $9. The barista who made my drink both times informed me I was wrong and she did add espresso, and if she were to remake it- it would taste the same. Okay then, I will take my drink as it sits, and take the word of the barista because I am not about to get in an argument over a cup of coffee. The barista was shorter, dark hair and glasses. Was working 7/17 at 8am. I worked the opening shift for years, I remember how frustrating it could be. But I never let that frustration show to my fellow partners, and customers. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully a supervisor or manager sees this and can have a coaching conversation with the individual. Also, put two people in drive. It gets annoying watching the baristas try to talk to you and take an order at the same time. It leaves no room for them to connect with you, which is a huge mission of Starbucks. C'mon Starbucks, stop skimping on the coffee content!
I dont like paying $3.60 a cup and being more sleepy than before the coffee!

now the same coffee is not $3.60 but $4.31 (for a Grande with steamed half-n-half!!!!)

Pushing $5 for a lousy cup of coffee which is hit and miss on consistency. Every once in a while I used to treat myself to coffee here but this is just getting too much! Looks like this treat is over!
Please also tell me, Starbucks, why you cannot get more intelligent about your cup design!?
You use two cups for my coffee and still it burns my hand and i have to request another sleeve...this is absolutely absurd!
McDonald's has designed their cup with an air pocket so that i have never had an issue with getting burned

I am a regular customer and purchase at least 4 times a week 2 or more drinks at a time. I have had several disappointments since the new store opened. Drive through has messed up my drinks several times forgetting to put my flavor in my drink to not getting it all together. I have done mobile and get to the store and still wait 5 plus minutes to get it. Today was the topper. Order mine and my sisters drink today THE SAME EXACT drink i get daily. i get to the window and she had made my drink a hot and not a iced as i ordered.
