Burger King — Restaurant in Oak Harbor

So normally when I go here it's not to bad. Maybe they forget to take off the onions or are out of ranch but never have I had a problem like I did today. The lady at the drive thru was very rude and just all together wasnt listening. I had to repeat myself 2 times while trying to order 2 sandwiches because I told her what I wanted and she had to ask a 2nd time what sandwichs l.I will chock that up to the speaker not working correctly. I ordered a cherry Dr Pepper and she tried handing me a cherry coke. When I told her that was not what I ordered she said that I should of said Dr Pepper. I said I did and a gentleman came to the window instead while she went to hide. I've never seen this bad of customer service. I work in the same food industry and her acting the way she did was rude unprofessional and just childish. So if there is ever a girl at the window with catharine on her name tag dont expect any pleasant interaction or professionalism. As for the manager (Jennifer) if your reading this please send her to retraining or just send her home. Nobody wants to deal with that kind...

I'm a truck driver. It's hard to find places to eat when restaurants are closed and they want you to go through the Drive-thru. 11-9-20 at night I ordered via mobile app. Went to front door and got a gal that looked like the manager. She gave me an attitude like I was bothering her. I told her I had ordered by app and I had a 53' tractor-trailer and couldn't go through drive thru. I didn't want to walk thru the drive-thru. Continued to give me attitude. Ordered milk shake with no whip, she put whip on it. I told the guy that brought my order to the door. He just said, "sorry dude" and didn't replace it. As a customer and an essential worker, I shouldn't have to deal with this kind of attitude or bad service. I will try them again, and if it hasn't changed, I will notify the higher manager and/or owner of franchise and give another...

Update6/22/21: decided to try it again, after waiting 30 minutes for a spicy chicken sandwich (without the sweet sauce) i check the order and its a regular with the sauce. When I commented the order was wrong the employee argued that im mistaken, there is no spicy chicken and its the sauce that makes it spicy… I smile and took the order because im not going to argue with a disgruntled worker and I dont like spit in my food. Oh and yes I’ve had the “spicy chicken” before and it was the breading, not the overly sweet mayonnaise its soaked in.

Old review: It took 10 minutes get to the speaker(4 cars in front) 5 minutes waiting at the speaker before I could place an order. Then 12 minutes from the speaker to the window. 27 minutes in a fast food drive through. Sadly not the first time with the same experience here, they...
