I’m not blaming the cooks. I’m not blaming the facility itself but there are so some managers and actually working servers. I had placed an order to go and requested hashbrowns for two of my orders altogether I had ordered six items two add-ons out of that so altogether I ordered four things, but had requested two add-ons. The server failed to add on, my hashbrowns so I didn’t know I needed to look and verify make sure that all of the stuff was there I thought with them being brand new opened there might’ve been some mistakes and there might’ve been something. I understood with it being busy and rushed that they were under stressed so I had no big deal but the manager that is, whatever makes 40. That clearly doesn’t know the whole damn situation and tried to pop an attitude with me telling me that they went ahead and made it but next time to not do that again and go home I got upset I said well it’s not my fault that you guys failed to do what was supposed to be done in the very beginning I already requested two sides of an add-on from two different meals and then he tried to tell me. Oh well I wasn’t there, so that’s when I was going to tell him then mind your own damn business because you weren’t there then you shouldn’t try to give your own damn input at the end of the day. I will be willing to be a Karen and make it clear That you guys didn’t do your end right and I’m sorry that I went home but the next time you’re gonna get mad about someone about that blame your servers in your technology for not doing it right because I know that I said to your server that I wanted a side of hashbrowns for two different orders at the end of the day it’s not my fault you guys have to remake it then it’s a lesson learn to make sure you’re doing your job correctly there’s mistakes, but don’t blame other people from your mistake. I wasn’t mad about having to come back again to get my order fixed because you failed to do that the first time, the food was good. The server was absolutely a doll the manager otherwise can go kick rocks do better don’t blame your customer for your...
Read moreI'm not out here trying to be mean. Normally I don't mind IHOP. I've been to this location three times with today as my most recent visit. Each time has been a disappointment. This place is in complete disarray. The first time I figured it was just that I didn't like what I ordered. That happens and it's nobody's fault. I wasn't impressed with the portion size or crispiness of the hash browns but it was their first few days. No biggie. Then I went with my husband and child. Frankly it was insulting. My husband's huevos rancheros plate was pathetic. They gave him practically no food besides his two eggs and a tortilla he couldn't eat. He asked for corn tortillas but instead they shoved a giant flour tortilla under his eggs because they were out of corn. None of toppings listed on the menu were in his plate. The portion of beans was maybe two tablespoons. I've never seen him so upset about a meal out. It was a huge rip off. I ordered the bacon omelette and not only did it look nothing like the one on the menu, it was TINY and EMPTY plus I never got my hash browns. My kid didn't even like his pancakes and that's crazy. He loves pancakes. But they were weird and just fell apart when he tried to eat them.
After my last experience, I didn't want to go to IHOP today. I was out voted so to IHOP I went. I tried to be positive but the experience was overall bad. Our service was the best I've had there to date which is why I'm giving two stars. Anne is really sweet. She did her best for us but management and the kitchen were still playing games. I ordered the spicy poblano omelette and while it looked kinda okay at first I realized quickly that all was not well. It had four pieces of beef some sad, dry SHAVED avocado and a splash of sauce on the outside with NOTHING AT ALL INSIDE. Everybody's pancakes were weird again and impossible to cut up. Never coming back and I will tell others I don't recommend this location. I feel like they stole my money. 17.99 plus tax for a few bucks worth of eggs isn't a fair exchange. Especially since I've felt sick all day after...
Read moreI have visited this establishment a few times. Initially I was excited that we got an IHOP in town. However; today's experience has soured my view on ever eating here again.
I walked in, and the girl at the front must have been training or something, but she was about to seat me then got called over to the cash register to learn something else. Meanwhile I'm standing around waiting to be seated for longer than I should have.
Finally I get seated, and the table had salt all over it.. so, not cleaned, awesome. For what seemed like forever, not 1 worker acknowledges that I am there until I waive them down (this was at least 15 minutes, because when it started to bother me, I started keeping track of the time). Mind you there was about 5 -7 tables that were filled at that time, so not busy by any standard. I mentioned that I had been waiting to order for over 15 minutes (accurate) and she didn't even respond to me or acknowledge me, again.. AH-Mazing.
I ordered an omelet and some pancakes with a coffee. The coffee came out pretty quick after that, but there was a wait on the food. After which she came out with the pancakes.. and said another server took my omelet out so they're remaking it. (Mind you 5-7 tables 3 of which were already eating).. sooo, not hard to keep which food goes where straight.
The omelet arrives and is undercooked. (Pretty hard to eff up an omelet, just saying.. so good job Captain Half A**)
Honestly - I think I would get better food (and service) at the dumpster behind Safeway. At least there I know I'm getting trash and not expected to tip for...
