I ordered my order through the through the doordash app for pickup by myself. I went around 1:00 p.m. there wasn't anyone at the front or in the lobby. I had to wait about 3 minutes 3 minutes I waited, no one still showed up so I walked towards the restrooms and towards the back of the kitchen and I continued to say hello until someone came out. Someone eventually came out of the back when she came out of the back. I said I am here to pick up my order and I stated my name I got in the car. I ordered the white pizza 16 in and I ordered a 10 count order of spicy parmesan garlic chicken wings I got in my car. I tasted the pizza. The pizza was severely burned and the crust was unedible. The ricotta cheese that they put on top was still cold to the touch but the bottom of the pizza was burned the ricotta cheese. They literally used a spoon and dumped it up on the pizza into big balls. So I had to dump some of the ricotta cheese off of the pizza to even make it edible. Then the wings they were fried. They were sizzling hot but they tasted like they have been sitting in the freezer for months. They tasted like mothballs and they tasted old and they tasted disgusting. They were very unedible. I called them and let them know about it and asked them. Could I bring the wings back for a refund? She had an attitude and said I can bring the wings back but they can't do anything with them. They cannot even throw them away inside of the establishment. I said that is fine. I just want to show you that I did not consume the wings. I only tasted one in the server. Said that's fine. I got there walked in. Not once did she apologized. She had the money sitting at the desk and said here you go rudely so the service was horrible. I don't know if because of the establishment or if it's a racist establishment or why the service was so horrible. I will never return there again to order food for myself personally. Read moreMy server Miranda from the start before I even entered the restaurant my mother and my child go and sit down and my mom ask if they had any kid’s menu and she responded back “does it look like we have kids menus this is a pizza place” then when we walked in me and my fiancé she got irritated because more people were being seated when she was already informed two more people are coming. Then when I get there my fiancé can’t eat the marinara sauce on pizza so we were just going see if they offer a ranch base instead and she said we can either do it with our without very rudely, then repeated that we can do white sauce but when I told her no thank you because he doesn’t like ricotta she said “wellllll, that’s what we offer so pick … you want it without” so we said yes please. Placed order everything fine food was delicious but my child started to make a mess like any 1 year old and as I’m picking up the fries my daughter accidentally threw on the ground she says “good because that’s not her job” … I held my tongue and just ignored her and continued to clean up our table like I always do in every restaurant,, we get our bill and I go and put my baby in the car while my mom pays while my mom is writing a tip which was more than 10% Mrs.Miranda wants to whisper under her breathe and say something very rude to my mother and then shoves her trying to get through to where she going when my mom said excuse me what did you say Miranda looks back and just keeps walking. Mr.Donald was very nice and apologized on her behalf but that is not his problem. For my first time every dining at a Sebbys after I been wanting too since you were the breakfast place I was in disgust with that service. I understand people have rough days but to people who are being kind to her while she still continued to be rude and disrespectful she needs to be fired.
