I have so many situations to address right now I am not sure where to start. I would like to first address Tracy's attitude with us, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but she was beyond rude the second I told her my fries weren't fresh, which obviously she knew Because she had no problem saying she was going to replace those, but said she wouldn't replace the cinnabons. She ended up not replacing any of our food she told us before we got to the window "how about I will just give you your money back and you don't have to come here anymore." Than when we got to the window she made it seem like she was giving us our money back but we thought she said "fries almost done" than she shut the window. Guy came over and asked what we needed told him we were waiting on fries that's when she told him to tell us she wasn't serving us. She wouldn't even come back to the window to say it herself. This taco Bell has seriously disappointed me Everytime I have been here. We have came and spent 30$ twice in the last month and a half on top of our little orders and always hope the next time is gonna be better, but it only gets worse. Read moreLast minute stop here last night and it was the most uncomfortable experience. I did a mobile order, got there, checked in and from there everything went south. The lady that was helping me was very kind so I felt bad for her during this whole situation but whatever dude was cooking last night needs to learn how to talk and treat others. He had given her the wrong order to hand to me and she told him that it was the wrong order and he still made her give me this order knowing that it was incorrect for me to turn around to hand it right back and she even said I'm sorry. This went on for about another 5 minutes, check the cameras because the behavior was uncalled for. Whoever's food was handed to me I feel so bad that they even had to get that because I saw it just getting tossed around! They proceeded to give me my food for me to check the bag for it to still not be correct and then the guy basically just threw my cheesy fiesta potatoes at me and it was all just uncomfortable. I took my food and threw my it away because I no longer had an appetite after watching all the chaos. Read moreI've been here twice scene April 12 , first visit was the 12th around 3pm the food was not good (my order; mexican pizza with ext. Cheese no pizza sauce.)the beans were dry and hard. The meat was wet, what little there was of it. There was cheese right in the middle NO extra, less than usual? Tonight I came through the drive Thur. One person in front of me no one behind me. I ordered my tacos and bean burritos and then 2 Festa cheesy potatoes, ask them to cook them for an extra minute, I was told they could not do that because they only had a few workers! But no other customers? They are only here to cook and serve food that is the job. I know because I've worked at a Toca bell once! I'm not saying all taco bells are bad but this one need a manager who will keep the customers happy . My husband travels for his work so we eat out a lot from town to town.and run in to rude people and places where we would not eat but taco bell is mostly consistent Except for the people.
