I would like to preface this review by saying the young man at the counter was extremely nice, and pleasant. Unfortunately, the experience I had here tonight was not. I ordered a large combo Pho, regular seafood pho, and a chicken pho. with cream cheese wontons as an appetizer. Everything was ok, and the waiter was patient and nice, however, when the food came out it was wrong. the Seafood pho was large and the combo pho was regular size. once I saw the bowels I told the lady who brought it out that the sizes were incorrect, and at that point the waiter who took our order came over and let her know they were incorrect. They said they would correct the issue and took my bowl to be fixed, (after the lady mentioned something under her breath to the waiter), but when it was brought back out, it was just in a bigger bowl with more broth. No extra meat like I had ordered, and the portion size was the same. I whisked around the seafood pho to see if the portion size of the noodle was now the same but it was not, mine was still of a smaller portion. which would indicate to me that they just poured the food into a bigger bowel, and added more broth to make it seem as though they had corrected the issue. later, after no refills on water, the waiter came back to let me know he would be charging the seafood bowl as a regular size. Which was a bit irritating because my food was clearly of a smaller portion and I was also charged for extra beef that I did not receive. Upon payment, I did not tip (which I felt absolutely awful about). I felt as though the trickery they pulled with the beef bowl, and the charge for extra meat that I did not receive was tip enough. Honestly, I had come here before when it first opened, and I wasn't much a fan, but I thought I'd give it another try. The menu was ALOT bigger this time but I did not expect the bait and switch I received. I feel as though its a shame because I always want to support minority and family owned businesses especially in Stillwater, but I was mistaken to have come here. Im happy for anyone who had a positive experience but that was not the case for me, and because of that I will not be back. I hope they don't pull this behavior on another patron, it...
Read moreI've seen this place all the time when I go to Wendy's next door. But the parking lot is always empty, so I wasn't sure if they were open or not. Decided to try delivery first, before I decide to come dine in (for in case they weren't open). We ordered chicken curry noodle soup, pad see ew, pad thai, and papaya salad. Everything tasted great and I love how they did not use baby shrimps (cost extra for shrimp) AND the shell and tail was peeled off the shrimps; I hate it when the shells and/or shrimp tails are left on the shrimps.
The chicken curry noodle soup wasn't just chicken. I love that it also had shrimp and Asian meatballs. It came with bean sprouts, iceberg lettuce, lime wedge, and a very small amount of cilantro and green onion. I really wish it came with cabbage and not lettuce. And I wish there were more cilantro and green onion. There was a small side of chili oil, which I appreciate.
The pad see ew and papaya salad portions were very small. They taste great and the papaya salad was made with fresh pepper so it was spicy, but I wish they didn't fill it with iceberg lettuce wedges on the side just to take up space. Should have given more papaya salad. In addition, cabbage would have been better instead of lettuce.
Pad thai was missing peanuts. The husband said maybe they left out the peanuts because so many people have nut allergy. But the dish would have been completed if it had peanuts.
Flavor with every dish was on point. Price is on the higher end and appetizers were not on the list for delivery. So we'll have to try dining in next time so we can try their appetizers and other dishes. We spent almost $100 with this order of 4 entrée. Definitely not something we can afford to eat at often, but once in a while; unless you can afford it. We definitely will...

Not even busy. Will not return. Highly Don't Recommend.
FOOD: The food I order was fine. I order the pho combo with crispy pork belly on the side. It was an ok amount of pho and meat. I was neither starving or full after finishing it. The pork belly was crispy and not burnt and had no flavor. Above average price. My brother got the boat noodle and according to him, his shrimp was overdone. It was worst shrimp he had ever had in his life.
SEVERICE: Our host/waiter serve us water with little ice in it on this hot day. We had to ask for 2 cup full of ice and extra napkins. He didn't check on us at all after serving our food and I needed a fork to scoop up my pho noodle because chopsticks can only go so far before you need one. I also didn't get any water refills after I had finish my water. The men restroom ran out of hand soap when I went to go wash my hand before eating and I informed the host/waiter. It wasn't refill even after I got done eating and need to wash my hand again.
ATMOSPHERE: Hot day today and not even a fan or a/c on. It was not a comfortable temperature. I had to go cool down in the restroom and splash cold...
