Where do I even start? Ordered 3 bacon and egg wake up wraps this morning. All three were missing bacon and egg. I ordered hash browns, they were literally stale and molded. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese wrap for my girlfriend, it was missing bacon and egg. I ordered a Chai latte, 10 mins later they say the latte machine is down. Fine, no big deal (even though I overheard the manager telling her that she messed up the machine) but it’s the morning so I give everyone passes.... but then he offered to make a different drink and I requested lemonade, he didn’t have it. I requested decaf iced coffee, he didn’t have it. I finally said fine, I’ll take a strawberry smoothie, he had that and made it, but it’s so rancid tasting I’m not sure if I’ll be okay. I’m a super positive guy, but I don’t know what the problem is here. This location needs to be reviewed, by not only ownership (who should be ashamed of calling that “franchise” something that they own) but also by the health department. People aren’t wearing gloves while preparing food, are cross contaminating utensils, I saw the drive through cashier wipe her nose/face, proceed to handle cash, then make food all without washing her hands. I should’ve asked for a refund then, but she washes her hands before making my food, so I eased up + she used utensils for my food, but honestly I’m just as much to blame for even allowing myself to walk away after seeing something like that. And I’m sure there’s more, that’s just from what I saw this morning, July 8th, 2021. I tried calling the store 5 times to rectify this matter, I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but they didn’t pick up a single time. I will be making a report to the health department, maybe that’ll light a fire under ownerships butt to finally make the necessary changes to fix this problem. No business should ever operate...

Love this place. Fast, friendly and healthier than most fast food restaurants. The best thing about this specific location is that they use the same morning star veggie sausage and bacon that is available in local grocery stores. You know exactly what you're getting, and surprisingly enough the veggie-meat tastes great. The location is certified kosher, meaning they don't serve any meat here which is perfect for my Muslim and vegetarian friends as well. They don't have to worry about their food being cross-contaminated with pork or any meat. I always reccomend this location (the only kosher location in Michigan) because of the great value for the type of food they serve.

The employees are also wonderful. The manager is excellent. She's always in a good mood, and seems like she genuinely cares about the store and her customers. She's a beautiful woman with a beautiful heart. She is also active in the community... multiple businesses in the area often donate to the company by purchasing donuts in advance for the employees to hand out for free to customers. So if you aren't excited about cheap, healthy food, then you'd be a fool to not at least be excited about the customer service. If its just for your cappuccino blast, and eclair, or if you're serving a whole party, they will always serve you with a smile.

I mean, c'mon, good, healthy food, at a cheap price from awesome people who genuinely care.... how could you compare this location to any other dunkin?

Okay, I have two experiences same place. I go wait in the drive-thru line the lady takes my order which is only two things. Then she says wait a min after my order so I wait for a sec don't wanna hold up the line the person at the window has gotten their order and left so I move up to the window maybe she wasn't talking to me. I get to the window. There is a guy at the register. I notice the price that can't be right it would be more plus the another guy almost was gonna hand me somebody else's drinks. There are at least three people there and it's in the morning you mean to tell me she couldn't have quickly rung up my order at least told the guy who was actually going to be at the register my order. They would've went ahead and made it but I very picking about customer service. For one I was on my way to work had already waited in line plus I didn't want the people behind me to have to wait. I get people makes mistakes but it still bothered me. I did let it go but I went just now although it's have hour before they close I went just to get one thing a cold drink. I was told they can't take any orders. Really! Why? Even if the registers were down I had cash but they didn't ask that. I really don't know how businesses are gonna stay open. I know there is lack of people wanting work so alot of places are training but some places reason for not doing business is ridicules...
