The lack of professionalism at this location is unlike anything I've yet to experience. The first time I visited, I wrote it off as the rep just having a bad morning. I asked for the manager and was informed that SHE was the manager. I addressed with her my concerns and she kinda apologized. I was still not settled because she didn't seem genuine so I took a break. It'd been weeks since I went back, but I drove up 2 days ago and that rep was not terrible, so I thought I'd give it another chance and that maybe I had been to quick to judgment before.
I drove up today and was asked for my order. I began planning the order and was told to wait because now the car ahead of me wanted to place a donut order. She seemed bothered that the individual wanted an upsell. I responded that it would be nicer if she asked for me to please hold rather than wait, because wait sounds so aggressive especially so early in the day. I recognized the voice as the same manager as before. I told her that she should try be more pleasant in the morning or put someone else on the mic, if she couldn't be. She became defensive rather than apologetic and I lost it. I told her how rude I thought she was and to cancel my 'effing' order. She responded that she was going to cancel it anyway then told me to have a nice day. If she had used that kind of pleasantry to start, although she was being sarcastic, you would still have my friends and family as customers and we'd be enjoying your donuts.

Read moreI’ve never really had an issue here, yeah sometimes the employees there have attitudes and I get it but today I had the worst customer service experience. I went through the drive thru at around 3:30pm on 07/26/18 I gave them my order and as soon as I got to the window the employee named Maddie repeated my order to me and it was wrong. I told her my correct order and she then scans my coupon. She then tells me about 1 min afterwards “can I get your coupon again”? I told her I already deleted it and she tells me rudely “why would you do that for!?”. I then told her once you scan A dunkin coupon you can no longer scan it again because it will be copied and voided dand CAN ONLY BE SCAN ONE TIME! . She continues to tell me I am wrong and my coupon does not work so it’s my fault!?. She then tells me“do you want the coffee or Not?” I then told her can i speak to your manager she then tells me “ the manager’s not here! You can come back tomorrow around 7am-3pm that’s when he’s here” I was like seriously?! I asked if I could get his name and she told me “I’m not allowed to do that!” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing that was the first I heard of that probably some illegal stuff is going down if Im not allowed to get the managers name. I was so frustrated and upset and I left without buying anything. Huge disappointment!
Update: Not 24 hours! Came on 10/01/2021 at 9:50pm and rude cashiers yelled and said “WE CLOSE” management needs to give it up already your ruining your business...
Read moreOn 12/30/22 at 8:30 A.M I went to the Dunkin Donuts location at 6820 W Roosevelt In Oak Park IL and I placed an order for :
1 Medium Hot Coffee 1 Small Hot Coffee, and 6 5 Pc Hash Browns total amount $14.04
When I got home and tasted the Hash Browns I noticed that they were undercooked. I called and spoke with a young man who stated that he was the manager I told him about the Hash Browns. He apologized and took my name and he told me that he would put my name on the board and I can come in anytime and get a replacement order for the inconvenience.
On 1/29/23 at 8:30 A.M I went back to Dunkin Donuts to claim my order only to be told by the Manager Rebecca that she would only give me one Hash Brown instead of the Six that was purchased. She clearly told me that she saw my name was on the board for the order and I had my receipt. I was then told that because I didn't come back in a reasonable time frame that she would not honor the receipt. Her attitude was nasty and she was talking to me from the back of the store instead of coming to the front of the store and talking with me in a professional manner. I thought that she was unprofessional in the way that she handled this situation. She allowed other employees to weigh in on the situation. At that point, I asked for my receipt back and I exited the store.
