As a whole I taste the products to be good. however the consistency of the products is extremely disappointing. take for example the snickerdoodle biscotti, I got a lb one week, and it was good, the next week I wanted the same experience, however it was overbaked to where it completely altered the taste. This is not the 1st or 2nd time I paid for a product that was overbaked. it would seem to me that overbaking is consistent at zeman's. in my opinion if you overbake something, you go back and do it right, at least let your customers know you overbaked it. but to sell it as is, and hope we the consumers don't catch on, is kinda low. Had an outstanding experience placing a small catering order (~150 items) for an event.

They had an option for mini pastries, which were priced excellently and still quite a decent size. We tried a couple dozen of a few different items, and everything was superb quality and visually appealing.

The mini fruit flan tarts received rave reviews from everyone, and the cinnamon pull-aparts were a simple, classic addition to the spread of full-flavor pastries.

It is also a major perk for event planning (considering attendee allergies) to know they are a Kosher and nut-free kitchen.

Just added this little delightful pastry shop to my list of 2021 favorites. The freshest pastries and break in the area. I love apple turnovers and they have to be light, fresh and mouthwatering. I purchased one along with several other pastries and it was simply delicious.

Everything is safely taped off to prevent any exposure to guest, employees and food. Customer service was excellent, prompt and very courteous. Something a lot of places are lacking.
